park sunghoon's pov.

TODAY was the first day of school for me and Jake.

"It's pretty iconic to come school after so many days."

"Months Jake Months."

It was almost 4 months to be precise.

I was busy with my figure skating competitions so can't actually regularly go to school.

The 1st semester was knocking on every student's door.

Jake and I had met each other once in a dog cafe.

It was very shocking that he attended the same school and somehow we became friends.

Jake's real name was Sim Jaeyun, Jake was his English name.

He was from Australia but he transferred here in Korea because of his father's buisness.

"We are in the same class right?"
He asked.

"Yeah, my dad said we were in class 2?"

"Oh cool."
"It would be awkward without having someone that I knew in the class."
He sighed in relief.

"I heard many elite students enrolled this year."
I said putting my hands inside my pockets.

"I heard too, Niki said all of them were pretty intimidating."
He said.

"Not as intimidating as me tho"

"Oh come on, from my perspective you are a soft boy to the core-"

"Shut up!!"

This were some of the times where I wished I shouldn't have opened up too much to someone.

"Lol"
" 'not as intimidating as me tho' "
He was busy laughing and it annoyed me.

I walked ahead of him, he was busy smacking air.

"Wait! Wait for me Icy Sunghoon-ah!"

"Mr. Park Sunghoon, your dad asked you to meet him in the chairman's office."
The clerk sitting in the reception said.

"All of a sudden? Tell him I will meet him after class."

"The chairman said that he wouldn't be able to meet you after class due to his busy schedule, so he had told to meet now."

She looked nervous, I sighed and nodded.

"Your father's sure flexing his authority"
Jake nudged me with his arm.

He took his class slip and all the necessary things for the class from the receptionist and went ahead to class.

"See you soon, mate!"

I walked to the staircase opposite of the student's building, heading to the chairman's office.

'that old man better have a good reason to call me.'

third person pov.

"Come in"
The chairman sitting inside his cabin, Park Daesung said in his gruffy voice.

"Why'd you call me?"
His son, Park Sunghoon folded his arms and asked monotonously.
