There Is No Forever [Completed]

Sara regained her senses and look around, her eyes moved from the lantern illuminating light inside the room she is in to the empty chair placed at the feet of her bed followed by the bag of herbs and some liquid containing pot which she assumed would be some medicine to the sleeping child beside her.
She tried to raise her hand and hold her child but winched in pain awakening the healer who was sleeping on the floor

"Thank god, You are alive" Kamini said sarcastically before she sat on the matress on ground and rubbed her eyes to get rid of sleep.

"Unfortunately I am" Sara tried to joke but was instantly slapped by the angry healer.

"Shut your gutter mouth before I decide to kill you from my bare hand you missy" As much as the angry healer tried to look scary she failed miserably making Sara chuckle, The healer also failed to keep the facade of being angry for any longer and sighed before taking her place beside Sara on bed.

"When you will understand that It's not only you Sara, Raanya is also with you, What if something happens with you, who will be taking care of this beautiful child" it wasn't the first time Kamini has started this topic but this time Sara sincerely give it a thought without brushing it off, now laying on bed with one arm unable to move she found herself deep into her thoughts, what if the dragger would have stabbed her in heart instead of arm, what if the man would have harmed her daughter and what if ....

"Don't think too hard Sara, I didn't mean to worry you" Kamini was quick to rescue the lady from her dark thought "I just want you to move into the village, I know you are one strong of woman and can fight everything off on your own as you have mentioned it for don't know how many times, but no one knows what can happen when" .

" I will think about it Kamini, I will talk to the head of village and will ask him to rent me a cottage in the village in exchange of my cottage" Sara whispered and reached out to her sleeping child and pulled her tightly across her chest, She couldn't have given it a single thought if it would have solely about her but now along with her, her little one is also in danger and she couldn't bear the thought of anything wrong happening with her daughter.

Minister Abhram has left the healer house with lots of things going into his head, he has lots of thing to plan before he can let her know about him, and to start with he first need a place to stay and lock her in.

He slapped the side of his horse indicating it to stop and being a trained horse the horse slowed down his speed before coming to halt, Minister Abhram got down from his horse and knocked at the door of the head of village, he could hear the rustling inside and a minute later the door swung open by a woman around her fifties.

"What can I help you with?" She questioned and behind her came the man he came here to meet.

"I wanted to have some words with your husband" Minister Abhram spoke, the woman moved aside giving him entry inside her home with a guarded look in her eyes.

"Minister, What is it so urgent?" The old man asked.

"I need a place to stay here for a month and more" Minister Abhram said and made his way inside the house, he was tired from riding the whole day and also the fights, but more than physically he was mentally exhausted by the lot of thinking he has done in last few hours.

"You can stay here in our home, We have a spare room" The old man said and pointed his finger towards a locked door "You can sleep in that room" .
