Emma was one of the few humans left on Pandora not set back in cryosleep, it had taken her time before she was close with the Sully family, she helped babysit when they needed time away, she taught Spider all she knew, she helped them with sky people. She went against humanity because she felt at place with them. She felt more at home with them, she was a part of their family.
The third mom the kids never knew they had. The third mate that completed the family whole.
