Emma's Pov
The very next morning hit across my body. I was caged between Lo'ak and Tuk in a mess of tails, legs and sweat. I had almost wanted to exclaim about my lungs and body being crushed till I realized. All the kids were sleep somewhere near me. Neteyam had his big ass head on my own.

After a long morning of trying to get them all off me the whole family woke to do different things. Lo'ak took Kiri and Spider up to the labs after breakfast.

Before long him and all of them including Tuk were off on a adventure. Jake took Neteyam and Neytiri off to patrol the skies leaving behind me to help Mo'at with some task.

We sat inside the hut tent she was smashing ingredients up in her bowl. While I was working on a weaving project for Jake and Neytiri. My skills were that advance so I had been working on it for years.

It was a simple three piece necklaces, each part connected to one another coming one full star format. The loose hums of a song long forgotten was on my tongue.

I flicked my eyes up from behind my mask, to see Mo'at studying me before speaking in her calm tone.

"They love you dearly you know child? You still are human that's why they leave you behind for your safety." My teeth nibbled across the sensitive flesh of my lower lip, before I spoke in a tone.

"They can't make.. The bond with me they'll just leave me behind." I grumbled annoyed within myself. The older woman clicked her tongue a few times.

"That's just your fears and worries. Discuss it you don't have to make a bond to love someone. Like you told me humans don't make bonds they just love." The motion of my mouth opening for a moment it instantly was shut in a matted of seconds.

Well she did have a point....

The day was like it was from hell, I didn't know what the hell was going on.  I was out of loop until everyone came home. I had hugged at all the kids in a bundle of worry when Jake just spoke a few words that had my blood running cold.

Quaritch was back and was hurting the family. Kiri had sobbed in my chest that they had taken Spider, I couldn't fully wrap my head around it all jus worries, everyone talking over one another. Now it was time for a parent meeting with the adults. The tent felt to heavy with two strong personalities with one another.

"You can't ask me of this Jake! This is the kids home! Our home! Emma back me up on this!" She yelled her tail flicking anger like when she turns to stare at me. Neytiri scared me more than Jake. So I was speechless, stammering for a moment.

"She has a point Jake.. Where will we go.. The forest is all the kids know.. All Tuk has known." He sighed defeated his own tail swaying behind him.

"I know baby, I know but listen he had our children right under his knife right there. I know what I can do for this family right now is protect it.. My children and my two mates.. This will protect the people if we leave baby.. Neytiri strong heart." I felt frozen for a moment everyone seemed to stop fighting for a moment. I held my palms together before stammering surprised.

"I'm one of your guy's mates too.. I'm.. I am?" I spoke it caused the two to look at one another confused like. All the arguing had cease to stop for a moment, the two in their large forms came to me.

"Of course you are Ma Emma.. You always have since Neteyam was born.. Did you not know this?" Neytiri looked hurt for a moment.  My eyes behind my mask seemed to blur with tears for a minute.

"I thought I was like a babysitter, or someone you tease. I can't even make Tsaheylu, I'm your mate?" My
lip trembled in tremendous amounts seeing Jake's eyes soften before he chuckles coming over. He placed his large hand on the side of my head over my curls.

"Emma babygirl of course you are even if you can't make Tsaheylu we love you. Our kids call you mama silly girl you are. And you are coming with us." The lump stayed in my throat feeling Jake had hugged one side of my small body.

While Neytiri held the other, her large yet dainty fingers running down the sides of my spine. She pressed a few kisses to my head and over my mask smiling faintly at me.

"Of course you are our girl Emma and always will be." This surge went through my heart. This was my family. Always had been, I just never had opened my eyes to see that.
