Ruby: Hey (Y/N)!
(Y/N): Oh, hey Rubes.
I saw my best friend walking up to me with her sister but all I could think was my bad grade.
Yang: Ruby told me what's up, are you sure that you don't need any help?
(Y/N): Ugh.
Ruby: Everyone gets bad grades here and there, it could be worse. Yours wasn't that bad of a grade.
(Y/N): No, but... It's not like I did good either...
Yang: Cheer up, (Y/N)! We can study a little longer next time and we'll ace it!
Ruby: Don't think too hard about it, it'll be fine, especially with big brains like our own.
(Y/N): *Already Getting Annoyed* No it's... I already studied hard on it but still got a shitty grade.
Ruby: Swear jar!
(Y/N): I don't know what else can I do... It just feels like...
Yang: You can do this! How about we get a tutor to help you out next time?
Ruby: I'm sure our Uncle Qrow could help you if we ask. Or maybe you could try Quizlet, it helped me out with this last test.
I was getting even more annoyed but stayed calm.
(Y/N): That's not... I've already tried Quizlet... That's not the issue..
Yang: Oh huh, Quizlet didn't work for you?
(Y/N): *Getting Pissed Off* No it's... It just didn't work. Can't focus on it enough.
Ruby: How about organizing your room? Might make it easier to focus.
I was already done with this conversation.
(Y/N): *Turns Around* I don't want to talk about this...
Yang: *Joking* Come on, I'm not sure your jackets have ever seen a coat hanger!
(Y/N): Shut up, Yang.
Ruby: Guys, I think we should calm down.
Yang: *Ignoring Ruby* Huh, I'm only trying to help you! I'm just saying that if you had a desk without any stuff on it to study at that might help!
Ruby: Yang...
I was at my breaking point and started shouting at Yang.
(Y/N): *Shouting* YOU TWO DON'T GET IT! YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND IT AT AL! WE ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!! SO JUST LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE!!!
Ruby's POV The Next Day
I was leaving the day from Signal, I checked my scroll if (Y/N) responded to my text and saw it was still unread.
Ruby: *Mentally* Text unread still... He must be still upset about the test...
*Chattter* Chatter* Chatter*
Ruby: *Mentally* I wonder if his parents got on his case about it...
I noticed some students were gathering at the entrance making me curious about what was going on.
Ruby: *Mentally* I wonder why is everyone gathered at the entrance?
I started walking to see what was going on until I heard some students speaking
Random Student #1: I heard he got one of the lowest grades.
Random Studnet #2: I can't believe this is happening!
Random Student #3: Holy shit!
Random Student #4: *To Random Student #1* Oh... Do you think that's really the reason?
Random Student #1: I don't know. I mean, he was a loner too.
When I made my way through the crowd...I saw something that horrified me...

I used my semblance to run to his body...He's...Dead
