02 - 𝔱𝔯𝔦𝔭𝔩𝔢𝔱𝔰 ₛₐᵥₑ yₒᵤᵣ ₜₑₐᵣₛ
LUNA, smiled at herself in the mirror admiring how pretty she looked. she told her dad that amaka's parents are going out to dinner and had invited her. she quickly cooked an omelette and put it outside his room. "i'm going now dad" she said in a high pitched voice. he groaned in response. she quickly dashed out of the house. she hated her home, she hated that she had an option to leave her home but she didn't understand, she hated everything there.
luna walked down to louis' house. "damn lunz" louis whistled. luna laughed back and waited for dylan to pick the two up. "okay so- damnnnn luna who you tryna impress" "amaka. do you think she would accept me?" "she's talking to doe isn't she?" "yeah.. hey did you you know nicolas and matt are anti-cassie" "they are?" "yeah, luna and i was so stoked and i thought they were ordinary brothers" "triplets" "triplets?" "triplets" "nick, matt and chris" luna added. "n-i-c or n-i-c-k" "any he doesn't mind, but most go for n-i-c with a k" "ah, ok"
NATE, cackled hard when he entered the sturniolo's living room. "what's up with everyone laughing these days?" nick asked. "i just for invited to warren james party" "warren james as in son of the richest man in boston?" matt asked "yup. and you guys are my +1" "how the hell did you get invited to warren james' party?" chris asked with concern. "well talking to the most beautiful girl in the world - amaka. and also warren having a crush on amaka's best friend. amaka was able to get me invited with a few of my friends of my own" "i'm guessing warren has a crush on luna?" nick asked. "yeah.. but! i did ask amaka to ask luna if she remembered you guys" "and?" chris stood up this time. "did she?" "hold your horses christopher. and yes she did" "YES YES YES MISSION FIND MOON WAS A GO!" the triplets started jumping up and down.
"okay first rule please do not embarrass me like that infront of amaka. second rule i do to the talking to luna then you guys waltz your way into luna's friendship zone" "unless if you're chris tryna waltz your way to her heart" matt snickered. "ha! good luck with that chris. most of the boys are head over heels for her im no good at maths but i think you have 0.2% chance" "hey! if you don't know maths then don't speak. also im offended nate. i hope amaka forgets about your ass" "don't jinx me!" "your jinxed me first" "can we just go?" nick and matt said at the same time.
THE PARTY, was loud. it had the strong smell of alcohol. "alright! this is what i call a party. see you later lunz i am on my to see my husband" amaka vocalised. "i don't think she knows i didn't hear a single word she said" luna shouted to the two boys. "she was saying about her husband or something like that" dylan shouted back. "ah ok! im going to the toilet" luna announced. "no! people might be doing some stuff in there" louis warned. "okay well just direct me where to go" "here, hold my arm tight."
louis snaked around the house to the living room. "oh hey luna, hey louis this is nate." amaka introduced. "hi" the two L's said at the same time. "it's nice to meet you. uh i have a few friends i could introduce you to" nate said. "guys" nate cleared his throat. "this is nick, that's matt, and over there- where's chris? okay never mind. yep thats the two friends."
luna nodded her head and stared down at the floor. matt cleared his throat "so.. you're name is luna" "yep the one and only." "i uh. do you remember us by any chance?" "wait is your mum called marylou" nick nodded with a smile. "what the fuck! i missed you guys"
the three of them all hugged. "how's justin?" "he's good. he moved out" "what about trevor?" "also good what about milo?" "uh.. where's the other chris?" "that's dumbfuck is probably goofing around somewhere" "ha. let's exchange numbers" "of course"
the three of them went chatting away.
"ima go and get a drink, a non-alcoholic drink" luna said to the brothers, they nodded in agreement. luna hummed her way to the kitchen. "lunz!" warren called out. "wardrobe!" luna called back. "would you like to taste gabriel's new drink" warren asked. luna cocked her head. "ah lunz is worried if there alcohol in it, only small. look i'm not drunk" warren said. "that's because you've had only 2" gabriel muttered. warren waved the drink in luna's face. she shook her head repeatedly until warren was on the floor sulking. "get up warren" luna groaned in embarrassment. "not until you try the drink!" warren whined. luna sighed knowing warren has had about 5 drinks now. warren stumbled a bit before cheering. he poured a drink for luna and told her 'drink with no comment'. luna drank the drink. she nodded in approval.
1 hour passed by so quickly, "do you think luna is okay?" matt asked his brother. "yeah... she's been gone for like 5 years now" matt and nick stood up from the stairs and walked to the kitchen, they immediately saw luna cackling so hard with the host of the party- warren james and gabriel reed. "hey looney tunes, are you ready to go?" matt asked luna. luna stared at matt. "oh matt! this is wardrobe." "lunz it's wadden, warden, warben" "warren" gabriel muttered. "yeah my name is war. ren!" "okay war-ren. we need luna like asap" "no" "excuse me?" nick asked pushing matt slightly to the side. "no! luna is mine" "this guy needs to be humbled" "look it's chris over there" "hey guys" chris smiled. he saw luna and waved at her instead luna hugged chris. "i was wondering where you were. you didn't to come to say hi to me. you don't like me anymore?" luna asked chris with sorrowful eyes. "i..uh.. are you drunk?" "no, i just drank a sip of gabriel's drink and bam i had 20 cups" "so you're drunk" "hmm, i wouldn't call it drunk but whatever grabs your boat" "grabs?" "kicks"
chris bursted out in laughter but then he stopped after he realised how close him and luna were and everyone was watching them. "luna are you gonna go with them?" warren asked. luna froze. "i...uh." amaka busted into the crowd. "LUNA YOU GOT DRUNK. WITHOUT ME?" amaka was dragging out luna out the crowd.
"wait wait wait what about the triplets" "what about them" nick, matt and chris all gasped in disbelief. "they're my friends maks, take them with us" "you sure louis would be okay with that" "yep" "okay triplets come on"
