Billy woke up to find his arms and legs bolted to a metal table, his shirt removed, with a blindfold over his eyes, he couldn't remember how he got here all he could remember was hanging out with his friends and then was suddenly in this predicament.
Then a door opened and a man who was about in his late 20s walked in.
"Hello?" Said Billy to no response.
The man went to remove Billy's blindfold so he could see everything that was going to happen to him but then thought it would torture him more if Billy didn't know what was going on so he left Billy blindfolded and got to business.
Luckily for the man he had a list of Billy's ticklish spots and knew his bellybutton was really ticklish but he didn't want to go immediately for it, he'd rather drag it out so decided to go for his ribs instead so he started scribbling his hand deep into Billy's ticklish ribs and it sent him in hysterics which made the man look forward to getting round to his bellybutton as if Billy was in hysterics from his ribs getting tickled then who knows how he'll react to his most ticklish spot getting tickled.

Laughed Billy as his ribs were tickled for 5 minutes before the man went for his sides rapidly squeezing them and even though it still tickled it wasn't. As bad as when his ribs were tickled

Laughed Billy as the man stayed on his sides for 10 minutes before the man decided to leave the room and came back in but had two other men with him, one situating himself at the head of the table with the other one at the foot of the table and the last one at the middle and without hesitation they got to tickling with one man tickling his ribs, one ticking his feet and the 3rd tickling his belly and with three spots being tickled at once Billy fell into a fit of laughter.

Laughed Billy as he endured 45 minutes of straight up torture before the other two men left and with Billy now having been tickled for an hour now the man thought it was time to go for his bellybutton and to accomplish this he first applied some kind of oily lotion to the bellybutton and Billy couldn't help but giggle when it was getting put on as he was far too ticklish but the oily lotion that was in his navel was a ticklish increaser that doubled the ticklishness of the spot it was applied to,which was bad for Billy as the man planned to tickle his bellybutton for a full hour and he couldn't stand his bellybutton being tickled at the normal level without a blindfold so with him blindfolded and his bellybutton now twice as ticklish as before Billy's ticklish hour began.
To start the man took a stiff feather and lightly dragged it up and down the surface of his bellybutton causing Billy to burst into laughter.
OH GOD NOT THERE, NOT MY BELLYBUTTON! Laughed Billy as his bellybutton was tickled for 5 minutes before the man stopped and swapped the feather for his bare hands and now took to tickling Billy's extremely ticklish navel by wriggling his index finger deep in his bellybutton and the laughter coming from Billy was now laughing hysterically loud as his bellybutton was under attack.

Laughed Billy for 25 minutes straight as the man continued to tickle his bellybutton with his finger.
The man then stopped and Billy was in relief as he thought it was over and that was more certain when his arms and legs were released however just as he was about to take of the blindfold two men grabbed him by his arms and held his in place as his torturer spoke
"I'm not finished with you yet" said the torturer before snapping his fingers and Billy was taken off the table and chained to the wall by his wrists and ankles
"What's going on??" Asked Billy
"What's going to happen is I'm going to brush some honey over your belly and in your navel, then I'll let a goat loose to lick the honey off you" Said the tickler
No please I'm sorry please don't make me go through that, I'll definitely die if get honey lucked out my navel" begged Billy as the tickler got the tin of honey ready for appliance.
"I don't think so" replied the tickler as he was applying the honey in on Billy's belly and in his bellybutton with Billy laughing the whole time.
hahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahhahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahah! Laughed Billy as after 20 minutes Billy's belly and bellybutton were coated in honey and the goat was let loose and started licking the honey off Billy.

Laughed Billy for 30 minutes and he wasn't close to 1/4 of the way.
It took close to 3 hours for Billy's bellybutton to be cleaned of the honey however he was still conscious so the tickler came back in and went to put more honey on Billy but he started moving his body about so the tickler couldn't put the honey on him and so the tickler got out a remote from his pocket and pressed a button and Billy started laughing hysterically as something was tickling him and it was coming from his bellybutton area.
NAHAHAHAHAHAWHATISTHISHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Laughed Billy
"Simple before you woke up I put a tiny bug in your bellybutton and now if I press a button on the remote it will go off and it will pretty much tickle you until I turn it off
TURN IT OFF PLEASE THIS IS TORTURE!!NAHAHAHAHAHAWHATISTHISHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! Begged Billy
"No in fact I'm going to leave you there to teach you a lesson about trying to stop me" said the tickler leaving the room with Billy laughing hysterically away and he did so for a few hours.
