Peter parker or most normally know as peter stark. See legally his name is peter stark as since may abandoned him after his diagnoses of autism. Peter turned to the only parental figure he knew as tony already knew about his autism as he was the one that got him the diagnoses so when a broken crying peter turned up at his front door of course he didnt think and just adopted the kid instead. Such a tony move is what cap said when he found out. But the avengers welcomed peter with opened arms. And since that day he has been a stark but still a parker at school as the publicity would be too much for him. He turned at tonys door 3 months ago and who knew how much shuch a tight night family would be formed in shuch short time.and although his life is now good at home that does not mean it is amazing at school yeah he has ned and mj but that dosent change the fact that flash still exists.

*3 months ago*

Here it goes peter its simple just give her the paper you can do it.
“Hey pete,” i hear my aunt may say i just shove the piece of paper i had in my hand into hers. I watch the paper intently as she opens it my eyes scan over what tony and bruce had wrote for me.

“ you cant be serious your one of thosos a freak.” she spits at me as she rips the sheat of paper infront of me.
“ get out you are no child of mine.. No child of mine shall be a freak,” she spits again as she slaps me across the face. I can now feel the red hot tears that are streaming down my face.
“ go pack your bags you better be gone by the morning if i ever see you ever near me again i swear to go there will be consequences… understood… i said understood,” she spits at me again i nod shyly at the. She then storms to her room and slams the door at this point the tears are flowing so fast down my face i dont know what to do anymore so i shackily grab my phone out of my pocet and text mr stark code may. We had made a code earlier for if things whent bad. And with that my phone starts buzzing. I check the screen.

* mr stark facetime call*

I slide the button on my screen across accepting the call.
“ kid can you here me,” he asks slowly and quietly i nod my head and put my phone so that he can see me.
“ do you want to live with me kiddo,” he asks i can disstantly hear the murmurs of cap,bucky,nat and pepper.
I nod my head again.
“ please ,” i murmured to the phone.
“Pete dear can you go pack your bags or is it too much for you,”  nat asks me as she tacks the phone off of tony
“ no cant cant cant sorry,” i whisper back as i shake my head at the phone.
“ hey its okay how about we get mr time capsule heare too do it,” i nod my head and crack a small smile at the comment.
“ okay where here pete just wait one second whilst we head to your floor okay,” i nod my head again and the nest thing a remember is tony sat on floor infront of me asking if he can hug me. I nodded my head again. I was then slowly pulled into a soft embrace of the kindest man i knew.

*present day*

Since that day many protocols have been set in place for peter. As he has many sensory issues but the avengers treat him no different as he is family.

Peter was currently spending the most boring hour of his life in a boring chemistry class that he doesnt even need as he has just as big of an iq as tony and bruce higger than bruce even. So he already knew what the teacher was teaching the class. As his spidey senses goes off causing him too stick his fingers in his ears to block as much noise as possibly. As if on cue the bell goes off and every one starts to pack up too leave but strangle they do not leave instead sit back down. Mj taps my shoulder i look over at her she motions for me to unplug my ears so i did.
“ thank you mr parker for finally joining us again now as i was saying we have our end of year field trip in a week the slips are here on my desk it is a surprise trip and on a need know bases only. Slips have to back by friday so they can get the numbers sorted okay class you are dismissed now.. Oh not you parker or jones or leeds please all 3 off you stay behind,” as everyone starts filtering out for the end of the day my fingers find there way back into my ears and i can see ned packing up my stuff i gave him a gratitude smile. I get up from my seat eventually and make my way too the front of the class slowly unplugging my ears.
“ so im sorry to inform you but i will not be able to attend this trip but i can tell you 3 and only you 3 where we are going as i think you peter might be able to go to this field trip that sound okay,” we all nod our heds.
“ we are going to stark industries i would of loved to go around with you so i can call someone if something happens but uffortulating i cant so im leaving the reasposiblity to you mrs jones and mr leeds okay you can go now,” he says and we nod our heads in unison, as we are walking to happys car i am hannded a set of noise canncilling headphones from ned. They both walk with me to the car as they know im not in a good state so they diced to limite the stuff im carrying. When we got to the car we were welcomed by happy who was stood with door opened for me. I give a week smie too him and hop into the car.
