Chapter 12

Nat, clint, thor, loki, tony, happy, petrio and wanda were all now surrounding steve. Bucky had gone with peter to try and calm him whilst pepper was sorting out the rest of the midtown class. She had sent them all down to the swimming pool and garden and then returned to peter.

"Pete listen to me please. What rogers said is not true you are an amazing young boy that is not spoilt or bratty you are kind and caring and are the most sweetest loving boy that i have ever met," bucky says as he runs his hand through peters hair. Peters was not calming down he was getting worse. Bucky slowly placed his hands over peters ears stopping him from trying to listen to steve and the others. Pepper slowly entters seeing the state of her son.

" pete please stop listening to him," bucky says as he lifts his hands of slowly. Pepper rushed over to her sons side immediately pulling him in for a hug.

" did he mean it all of it," peter says softly chocking on his own words. He starts to focus on his breathing as he feels a weight being put on his back and a teddy placed in his arms.

"I dont know angel, i dont know," pepper says as she watches bucky place her sons weighted blanket around him and his iron man plush in his arms. Peter was exhausted. He was struggling to keep his eyes open as he stays in his moms grasp.

" star wars," peter says as he looks up at his mum giving her puppy dog eyes.

" of course, bucky just finished making some hot coco and there is some cookies in the fridge, but your binder needs to come off," pepper says as she helps her son to stand and leads him over to the sofas where he collapses in her arms. Peter takes off his binder by the rip and places it on the coffe table next to his hot coco. Peter fell asleep about half way through the movie.

"Im going down to tell them all of his state," bucky says as he gets up leaving pepper in the living room with her son curled up in her lap.

*with the avengers*

"Rogers ive got one question for you," tony says as he stands up to steve in full suit

"What the actual fuck made you think calling peter my son your nephew all them names,"

"Hes too young to understand tony so relax," steve says as he rolls his eyes at tony

"No he is not," nat glares daggers at him as she speaks up.

"Come on you really think he understands everything i said about him," steve shouts a bit angry now

"Yes i do," clint says as he holds nat back from killing steve

"God rogers you did spend way to much time with my dad," tony shouts at him

" what is that supposed to mean stark,"

"You know exactly what that means rogers, you where his lab rat he trained you to become a verison of him," tony shouts as he steps further forward

"Everthing special about you came out of a bottle," tony spits his face now inches away from steves

" what so special about the kid like," steve says as he trys to tower over tony

" he's got such a pure heart and you shattered it," loki says from the back of the group

" TONYSON HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT KIND TO YOU," thor shouts rage filling his voice

" he fills your day with joy when around him," wanda says as red magic glows around her.

" he is always trying to protect others rather than himself," peitro states

" Okay okay i get it you care about him," steve says as he tries to leave

" we dont just care about him old man he is family," nat says as she drags he back.

Nat drags steve back and throws him to the floor. She stands above him keeping him on the ground by placing her foot to his chest.

" now you are going to listen to me very carefully," nat says pressing down further on steves chest. "You are going to stay as far away as possible from peter and you will not speak of his name or even about him to anyone is that understood," nat pushes down on steves chest more as she stares deeply into his soul.

"Okay okay just get off me," steve says pushing nats foot off of his chest. He gets up walking out of the training room. They see steve barge past bucky as he walks past. Bucky walks through the training room doors earring everyones attention.

"Peter fell asleep watching star wars with me and pepper," bucky says whilst he walks over to the rest of the group.

"How is he though," tony questions being the worried dad that he is.

"Shaken up, completely shattered and it broke his heart," bucky spoke softly and sadly as he looked at tony. On that note tony immediately left heading for the penthouse. The rest of the avengers followed them. The avengers all chilled in the living room with peter whilst bucky and wanda prepared tea for peters class and the rest of them. After 2 hours emma brought the class up for tea. Upon there arrival they all noticed the absence of the star spangled man with a plan.

"Pete you need to wake up," tony says as he tries to wake up his son. Peter opens his eyes slowly.

"Bambi you have to come and eat," tony says as he lifts his son so that he was sat up. As peter sat up he then realized he wasnt wearing his binder. He eyes shot wide open as fear spread across his face.

" dad wheres my binder," peter whispered shouted as he looked at the coffe table and relized it wasnt there.

" yo old man whats taking you and cinnamon roll so long," peitro says as he runs into the room using his superspeed " whats the matter why is cinnamon roll so scared,"

" peitro have you seen my binder," peter says looking up at the older brother figure.

" oh," peitro replies as he takes of his jumper handing it to peter " its like 4 sizes too big for you so you should be alright," he says as he helps peter put the hoodie on. Once the hoodie was on tony led the two teenagers back into the kitchen so they could eat. The meal went smoothly with peter just focusing on his food and not looking up. No one had really said anything until.

"So why is captain america not here," flash says making fear spread across peters face.

"And i think on that note we should get you guys back to your rooms," emma says as she rounds up all the kids taking them down to there rooms.

"So pete what film are we watching now," nat says as she brings the boy over to the sofas to watch a film with the rest of the avengers.

" star wars," peter replied witha smirk spread across his face.
