How is everyone?

The waiting room was filled with chaos as the staff ran here and there to help the members fix anything that's left.

Heeseung was doing some last minute vocals check while Niki was taking in the last bits of the 'bite me' choreo. Jake was getting his microphone fixed by a staff member and another one was doing Sunoo's makeup.

The reason for the chaos happening?

Enhypen recently made a comeback after 10 months with their 4th mini album, 'dark blood' and today was their last performance of that.

The only people away from the chaos were Jay, who was taking a quick nap on the couch before the performance. Jungwon, who was looking at his phone, sitting, more like sprawled on the couch. And Sunghoon, who was only sitting there prettily with his black prince outfit on, looking at the mirror in front of him.

"Damn, I look so handsome." Sunghoon voiced out not taking his eyes off the mirror for even a second.

Jungwon, who was busy scrolling through his phone, looked at the said male admiring himself in the mirror.

"You sure do, hyung." Jungwon uttered, passing a smile to the older one.

"Thanks, Wonie." The older smiled, his fang like canines on full display when they heard a groan from beside them.

"Not this shit again!!" Jay covered his ears with the pillow in an attempt to sleep once again while Sunghoon and Jungwon laughed at that.

They were enjoying teasing Jay when their director broke out into their waiting room, huffing because most probably, he ran from backstage all the way to here.

His eyes searched the room desperately, trying to find the two individuals he was searching for. Once his gaze fell on Sunghoon and Jungwon, he called them out.

The duo looked at each other in confusion, the other members doing the same before they too, went after their director. The said director pulled them into a practice room that was also part of the set.

With confusion filled eyes, Jungwon, the leader, took his decision to step in. The director looked restless and it completely showed in his expression.

"What's the matter, director-nim?"

The director looked at them in distress. His face was sweaty and his eyes looked nervous. Something big happened, I guess -Sunghoon thought to himself but stayed quiet. He doesn't need to talk when their leader is here.

"There's a very big problem, Jungwon-shi." The director uttered, rubbing his temple to ease the tension.

"Is it related to both of us?" Jungwon enquired calmly and quickly shared a glance with Sunghoon, before looking at their director who nodded.

"What is the problem? We don't have much time left before going onto the stage, director-nim." This time, Sunghoon asked. They had to perform soon and both of them can't be stuck here.

The director guided them to sit on the chair situated at the far corner of the practice room before himself sitting on the empty chair. He then started to talk.

"The problem is..."

"Come on, don't make it a suspense movie! We don't have much time!" Jungwon groaned ou, irritated by how their director was making it seem like they got a sasaeng stalking them or something.

The director took a large intake of breath before letting out.

"Both of your paired dancers can't make it since it's raining heavily outside and there's a huge traffic outside that will, most probably, take an hour or more than that for them to reach here and your performance is like, in less than half an hour!"
