Lesliyah " Liyah"

Day 4 of Suspension

I am now on bed rest because of my incident yeah I overdosed on some pills and now my mom has been watching me like crazy and she made sure to put a lock on my pills cause of what I did and everything.

" Good morning sweetheart how you sleep so your daddy is here he doesn't have practice today so your sisters are by grandma ok so you need anything and open them gifts up I got you " said mom.

" Good morning mommy I slept well and I'm sorry for what I put you and dad through yesterday I didn't mean it " I said.

" Baby it's ok we know you didn't mean to do it and we are not mad ok but that was the first time I saw your dad cry like that he was really scared " said mom.

" He did wow I didn't know it really affected him and I didn't know it affected him that much and do I have to stay in bed mommy " I said.

" Yes I did it for your own good now go back to sleep ok and whenever  you wake just call your daddy so he can fix you something eat " said mom.

" Can I sleep on daddy cs I like when I am on him and I can fall asleep easily on him can I go sit on him and fall asleep " I said.

" Sure you can since you my big baby come on " said dad so he picked me up and he laid on my bed and I laid on him and fell asleep.

4 hours later 

I woke up in my bed alone dad must me laid me down and went to do something so I yawned and stretched my arms and then I slipped my feet in my gucci slides and I walked out my room and went downstairs.

" Look whose awake are you hungry babygirl and your nana is coming to bring your sisters home they miss you " said dad.

" It was the best sleep and yes sir I'm hungry and ok will nana be mad for what I did daddy cause I know  she may scold me " I said.

" She won't be mad because we didn't say what happened to you cause we don't want no one knowing cause it could get out to the news outlets and everything " said dad.

" Ok thanks daddy but can we say they had to pump my stomach because of food poison at school or something " I said.

" I mean I don't have to tell her what exactly happened because not everyone needs to know and it could get out to the media outlets and stuff " said dad.

" Thanks daddy and that was the best sleep I've ever had in a long time I needed that and I know I still have a few more days of my ten day suspension " I said.

" Good and promise me that whenever something or someone is bothering you tell me or your mom ok babygirl" said dad.

" I promise daddy I will tell you or mom I won't try to harm myself anymore and I am so sorry for doing it I know I scared you " I said.

" Babygirl come here come sit on my lap ok I was scared but you are still alive and I am thankful that my firstborn is still alive" said dad as I sat on his lap he kissed my forehead and held me tight.

" I am glad I am alive and well and what I did was a mistake I will never do and I am happy to be better " I said.

" I know you won't do it again good thing the hospital did not put you on suicide watch but please do not try that again" said dad.

" Ok daddy I won't ever do it again and I got lucky wow I never thought about them putting me on suicide watch oh wow now that you mention it " I said.

2 Hours Later

Grandma came and dropped the twins off and she hugged and kissed me she told me she was glad I'm not in the hospital anymore so yall I was happy anyways my sisters hugged me they were happy I was ok.

She then left mom came as soon as she left and mom came giving me gifts from dad's teammates to get well soon I thought it was a caring thing they did and I truly appreciated it and caring for me is amazing.

" Sweetheart how you feeling and all those gifts are from your dad's teammates so I will tell them thank you on your behalf and babe what you want for dinner " said mom.

" I'm feeling better and I learned my lesson and please tell dad's teammates I said thank you and knowing dad he going to tell you tacos because it's Tuesday " I said.

" How you know so good but babe some tacos would be nice and loaded nachos " said dad oh now he was talking that sounds like a very good meal to have.

" Ok tacos it is and babygirl how are you feeling today and do you need anything " said mom since my incident both of my parents have been checking up on me and it makes me happy that they are seeing if I am ok.

" I am good and mom I need some pads and pantyliners and can I get some more moisturizer for my face please and some more chapsticks will do thank you for asking and dad spent time with me and everything " I said.

" Oh did he I hope he treated you right and if not he can sleep in the dog house tonight and ok baby I will get them tomorrow for you " said mom.

" Mom dad treated me right and also he said that my incident will just be between us and not no one else " I said.

" I am with your dad on that so yeah and ok as long as he treating you right and I am gonna start on dinner call your daddy if you need anything " said mom.

Mom started on dinner and I went to go read a book I was supposed to be reading while she cooked dinner.
