16th Chapter

3rd POV

jake left a kiss on niki's side neck, the younger staring lovely at him through the mirror

"i love you" he said with his lips on jake's cheek, making the older turn his head to leave a peck on his soft lips, smiling at niki who immediately returned it

they decided to leave the bathroom and just as jake was closing the door, jaemin suddenly showed up, facing niki

"are you ok kiki? you suddenly left dragged away and i thought- oh my god what the fuck is on your neck!" he looked shocked at the marks niki had, the younger keeping his glare with his arms crossed to jaemin

"please don't ever stand close to me, i was trying to be nice and act friendly since you are new here, but you really crossed the line out there" he pointed to the place he was pinned by the boy who looked at him with a bored look

"loosen up a little! i was just having some fun with ya'. damn, such a pussy-" he got cut of by a hard push, his back harshly meeting with the wall behind him as jake glared at him with his right fist raised, about to throw a punch at jaemin

"i remember warning you he is my husband, meaning he is taken so that you should keep your dick in your fucking pants, asshole!" jake said, jaemin just scoffing

"so what if he is your husband" he said with a fake pout "i bet i can treat him better than you could ever do in your whole life with just one touch-" he smirked at niki, only to receive a slap from the boy who sat beside jake

"you really think i would ever be with someone like you" he looked grossed out at jaemin "when i literally have the perfect man right next to me? or that i would have such small self respect to even look at you? spare me! i better never see you next to me or jaeyun hyung again!" niki spit out harsh, jake just looking at him with a big smile, loving how the younger stood up for him even if they both knew he could handle the situation

meanwhile jaemin just scoffed "whatever dude, you ain't even that good lookin' for me, sorry for getting your hopes this high" he smirked before bumping his shoulder with jake and leaving, niki about to say something to him once again

"let him be sweetheart, we both know it's a waste of time anyways" he said, both walking to niki's next class, jake being proud by how everyone looked at niki's neck

"damn niki, seems like you and jake had some fun" sunghoon whispered in niki's ear as the two hugged before heeseung being the next one to hug the boy

it was lunch break, and everyone just got to see the two love birds and what they had been doing

"literally, dude, what did you do to the poor boy" heeseung laughed, ruffling niki's hair who whined in response

"ay~ leave my baby alone" he said playfully as he opened his arms for niki to run and hug him, kissing the top of his head as the younger hid in his chest

"he is all shy aw, cutie" sunoo said, jungwon approving right away, making niki whine even more

"come on, let's sit down" jay said as he came with plates full of food, all seven sitting at the table behind them

niki, of course, sat on jake's lap, everybody being used to it by now as it was usually for him to do so

"so where is that gross jaemin dude" heeseung said rudely

he didn't like him either, the way he constantly flirted with sunoo and sticked by sunghoon's side was being the clear reason

and deeply down, nor did sunghoon who clearly noticed how jaemin annoyed him and checked out heeseung when the older wasn't looking
