They went to sleep in separate beds, but after a few hours of both of them not being able to sleep, Louis came in and curled up under the covers...

Flashback:
It was 1:32 in the morning, Harry and Louis were both laying awake in their separate beds; Louis quietly got off his bed and snicked open the door. The blue-eyed man walked into Harry's room quietly and slowly lifted the covers. Harry smiled, "Hi, Lou. Couldn't sleep either?" Louis blushed softly as he nodded, "Cuddles?" he whispered, "Of course, darling,"
Louis quickly got under the covers and curled into Harry's warmth, the green-eyed man lifted the smaller's chin before connecting their lips. "Sweet dreams my love," Louis smiled, "Sweet dreams, Hazza,"

Harry kissed his forehead after he woke up, carefully getting out of bed so he didn't wake the older. He walked down the stairs quietly before getting out eggs, bacon, and stuff to make pancakes. The green-eyed man quickly got to cooking, he couldn't stop smiling, he and Louis were together again, he has the man that he wants to be with for the rest of his life.

After breakfast was done, he placed the plates and mugs of tea on a tray and took them upstairs. When he walked into the room, Louis was sprawled out like a starfish, the taller chuckled before placing the tray on the nightstand. Harry climbed on the bed and kissed Louis' face until the smaller woke up giggling, "Good morning, love,"
"Good morning, Hazza," the taller smiled and connected their lips in a loving kiss, Louis giggled softly and pulled Harry down to lay with him. "I made you breakfast," Harry told him, Louis smiled and sat up, Harry did the same and grabbed the food, handing a plate and a mug to the older before grabbing the same for himself.
Louis leaned his head on Harry's shoulder, "It's nice having you back in my life again, I really missed this," Louis murmured, "My cooking?" Louis giggled, "Yes, but that's not what I meant, I missed having you just being here with me because when I had you with me I always had someone I could go to that I couldn't talk to without worrying about getting judged. You were my safe place, and I'm glad I have you back because I missed having a safe place to be and having a safe place where I could talk and know that someone was listening,"
Harry smiled and kissed the older's temple, "I promise I'll always be here to listen, and I'm glad I have you back in my life, I didn't know how much I truly needed you until I saw you again," the younger confessed.

Once breakfast was over, they went downstairs and cuddled together on the back porch, watching more snowfall with two mugs of tea to keep their hands warm. Louis smiled and turned his body so he could rest his legs over Harry's, the green-eyed man placed a hand over one of Louis' legs as he gently rubbed his hand up and down his leg.
There was an outdoor coffee table and Louis placed his mug on it before taking Harry's and doing the same. He climbed on Harry's lap and buried his face into the crook of Harry's neck, the younger smiled and kissed his temple, "You alright, love?" the smaller nodded, "Just wanted to be closer,"
Harry placed his hand on Louis' hips and pulled him closer, holding him tighter, "You know, for the past five years, I never stopped thinking about you," Louis told him. Harry smiled, "I never stopped thinking about you either,"
"Thank you for giving me another chance," Louis murmured, "Lou, I would've always given you another chance, you're the only person that I want to be with for the rest of my life," Harry told him. Louis sat up and looked at Harry with tears in his eyes, "Do you really mean that, please tell me you mean that,"
"I mean it, with all of my heart, I mean it," Harry whispered before leaning up slightly and capturing Louis' lips in a loving kiss. Harry cupped his cheeks before pulling away slightly and kissing his forehead, tears rolled down Louis' cheeks and the taller was quick to wipe them away. "Don't cry my love," Louis gave him a small smile, "Thank you for everything,"
Harry kissed his forehead, "Thank you for everything, you've been through so much these last ten years, and I'm so proud of you... and I know you're mum would be too," Louis' lip wobbled as he hugged the green-eyed man. "I still miss her," Harry brushed his thumb along his cheekbone, "I know you do, I miss her too, she was a great woman," Louis nodded in agreement.
"She always loved you, she always said that she wanted to be the first one to know if we were ever gonna get married," Louis smiled, Harry's heart started beating faster, "Really?" the older nodded, "Yeah," Harry's cheeks darkened as he connected their lips.
