as i was walking to the cafe where i told jongseob to go earlier, i saw my ex walking with my dad somewhere. 𝘰𝘩 𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘴𝘰 𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨 i thought to myself when i passed them.

i walked inside the cafe looked around a little to see jongseob and chaeryeong sitting in a table with three drinks. i went over to them and sat next to chae, "hi sis, it has veen some time already" she said as she side hugged me. "i was suprised when i saw jongseob walk in the cafe, also was that dad that just walked in?" she asked looking behind us. "huh? i just walked past him and my ex." i said silently, "you were in relationship with beomgyu?" jongseob asked. "huh you know him?" i was suprised. "yea he's like one of the best people ever" he said lifting an eyebrow. "no he's not, atleast to me" i said getting sad thinking about him.

"but how does he know dad?" i asked looking at chaeryeong. "i have no idea, but i'm interested for sure" she said smiling at me then looking over to them sitting down at a table not far from us. "hey, jongseob could you go over to them and ask what are they doing here?" chaeryeong asked jongseob. "sure, but you need to get me coffee after it"

"hey beomgyu didn't expect to see you here?" i said as i walked over to him. "huh, i didn't see you here" he answered clearly surprised to see me. "i just saw you and decided to come say hi" i explained. "wanna join us?" he asked now happy to see me. "so who are you?" i asked looking over to the guy who was with beomgyu. "you should know me, your the guy that made me and juni's mother get divorced" he said his voice getting louder. "i'm sorry, but i don't really think it was because of me" "hey seokmin calm down please" beomgyu said calmly. "so have you see my daughter a lot beomgyu? how is everything going?" seokmin asked beomgyu. "um, yea, about that, we aren't dating anymore" beomgyu said looking down at his hands. "WHAT?! i told you should propose to her and make her happy" he almost yelled. i looked over to juni and chaeryeong to see them quite shocked. we made eye contact and they got up.

juni went to orded three iced americanos while chaeryeong walked out. i felt my phone vibrate in my pocket, so i took it. the message from juni said: "we're going to the benches that you can see, come there when they have stopped talking".

"hey jongseob why are you so quiet?" i heard beomgyu say. i turned to look at him, "i was just thinking about something" i said.

"seokmin you see me and juni both don't have feelings for each other, we never had. besides she likes someone else, you can't force people to be in relationship they don't want to be in. that's why we decided to not be together, we wanted that both of us could find someone we really care about" beomgyu told seokmin. "SHE CAN'T LIKE SOMEONE ELSE, SHE NEEDS TO BE WITH YOU!!" he yelled making everyone in the cafe turn to us. "look i'm not good for her, besides i have a girlfriend already, can you just let us live our own life?" beomgyu asked seokmin, getting up. seokmin didn't answer and just left the cafe.

i looked at beomgyu "i thought you and juni loved each other" "no we were forced to be together" he told me. "do you know who does she like?" i asked him. "i do, but i shouldn't tell you" he said nowstanding ready to leave. i stood up, we bid our goodbyes and walked out of the cafe.
