Maneater [Douma!reader x Twisted Wonderland]

After filling Grim in on everything that had happened while he was past out, the four of you went through the dark mirror to find a magestone in the dwarf mines. You, Deuce, Ace, and Grim walked through the forest keeping your eyes peeled for a magestone.

Seeing a tiny little cottage the group decided to take a stop to go look and see, the cottage was filled with tiny miniature things chairs, tables, beds, every made for dwarf sized people, you looked outside as the blue sky began to turn dark.

"I don't think there any magestone in here.." Deuce spoke as the three of you nodded, eventually with much struggle you guys encounter a mineshaft.

"Umm, ladies first?" Ace smiled as you glared at him with a sort of resentment after long searching in the mines neither of you got a magestone.

"It's another bust" Ace sighed before Deuce looked almost sad, "don't you guy get the situation we're in right now?! We're about to get expelled if we don't find this stone! Everything I worked for... We'll have to drop out if we don't find the gem!" Deuce yelled as Grim yawned in your arms

"Hey it's that weasel's fault too, [Name] stop carrying him and get to digging!" Ace yelled before you heard an eerie tone

"Did you two hear that?" You asked before Ace turned to look at you. "Hear what? You sure your not delusional [Name]? After all this place is abandoned-" Ace stopped talking after seeing a light.

You and Deuce hid behind a rock with Ace following not far behind. You heard the sound of dripping, you peaked over to see. This inky monster almost, holding a lantern you could hear it mumbling words.

"What the hell is that?!" Ace whispered in a panic covering his mouth as Grim looked worried too. "No one said anything about anyone being n'here" Grim mumbled as you pet him to reassure him.

"St-ooone~" the creature said. You could see Deuce's eyes lighting up as he peaked over "that monster must be hiding the gem! C'mon we have to beat it" Deuce said clenched his fist as Ace looked worried.

"Woah! Hold on your saying you wanna be that thing!? You'll die!" Ace said as Deuce ignored Ace's comment. "Getting expelled is completely out the question for me!" Deuce yelled back as Ace deadpanned stared at him. "Is it worth risking your life?"

You saw Deuce get up, his aura was completely different from before. "Fine them I'm going, you can stay there and bitch all you want! I'm not gonna quit when the gem is right around the corner though!" Deuce yelled running up to the monster ready to punch it. The monster attacked as Deuce dodged it kicking it in the head as his foot got stuck in the inky goo the monster had in it's head.

Grim and Ace started to run away while you ran to it. You couldn't leave him to die... You couldn't? Least time you checked you hated humans.. So why are you risking your human life to? Oh wait

You took off the necklace and pulled out your fans, your appearance changed your hair changing to have a red and black spot on your head, your eyes slowly engraved the letters "upper 2" in your prism eyes, your nails and teeth grew sharper.

Deuce was injured and bruised the debre from the cracked ground almost hitting you before seeing Ace deflected it for you. You smiled as you froze the giant, you ran up to Deuce and picked him up with little to no effort.

There you and Deuce saw the magestone, he picked it up and afterwards the 4 of you ran out the mines before the monster creature could defrost.

Unlucky for you guys the monster bursted out your ice, you looked shocked  it broke out, you sighed in frustration, the inky monster let out a roar as the cave started to rumble rocks falling as Deuce's arm got slit by a falling rock.

The rocks rained down on the four of you as you ran as fast as you could, towards the end of the cave you could see the moonlight, you quickly turned around throwing your fans with great power as you caused an avalanche of rocks to fall onto the monster. It's head spilling out ink as Deuce casted his heavy cauldron spell crushing it.

Ace and Deuce were huffing and puffing once they got out but were relieved. You smiled at the sight of their smiles before smelling something it the air, you haven't smelled it since... Blood, where? Where was it coming from... You covered your mouth and nose trying to resist the smell of it.

"[Name] are you alright?" Deuce asked before holding his hand out to touch you, you flinched moving back. Grim could tell you were struggling.

"[Name]" Grim said holding out your necklace, you nodded putting it on, your appearance reverted back to your human features once again.

"Hey... [Name] I thought you couldn't use magic" Ace said as you stared at him confused before realizing what he meant. "Oh- about that" Before you could finish you see 3 figures appear from the dark. The red haired male from the ceremony and a ginger and green haired men accompanying him.

"Housewarden!" Deuce yelled smiling. "Did you come to help us?" He asked as the red haired male scoffed. "I have no reason to help transgressors like you two... Ace Trappola and Deuce Spade." He spoke with spite.

"You two have violated the decree of the Queen Of Hearts! Rule 304: " On the day a hedgehog sneezes all card soldiers must gather and perform a song!" The young red head yelled pointing his staff at them as you and Grim looked confused. "He'd mad about that and not the chandelier being broken or nothing?" You asked as Grim frowned sitting on your shoulders

"That's so stupid" Grim said as the Red head male continued to rant "this is a serious offense a report said the hedgehog sneezed at 4 pm! And you two weren't there!" He yelled, before swinging his staff again. "Off with your head!" Heart shaped collars were now around Deuce and Ace's necks, you stared in shock as Grim looked terrified.

"Trey, Cater take them to the dorm" He spoke as the two beside him walked up to take Deuce and Ace. "Yes housewarden" they said in unison. "This doesn't make sense!" Ace yelled at the ginger responded "just come with us and it won't hurt as much"

"We still have to-" "Sorry Deuce dorm leader's order" The green haired male cut Deuce's sentence off. "WAIIIT!" Ace yelled as you sweat dropped. "So umm, what are you gonna do to them?" You asked as the red head turned his neck towards you. "Mind your business girl, this is a Heartsabyul matter only" he spat as you looked at him offended.

"Brat.." You mumbled as Grim nodded in agreement. "He reminds me of someone..." You muttered as Grim looked intrigued "wanna share more about yourself?" Grim asked as you shrugged "sure let's talk and walk" you said walking back to give the magestone to Crowley.
