SAMI'S POV
***Warning: Sexual Content ahead***
With my body now covered with the white bathrobe, I slowly make my way out of the bathroom, stopping the boy's pacing:
"Hey I just want you to know that I'm really sorry. It wasn't my intention to invade your privacy, I just needed a towel to dry my hair and I knocked but you didn't answer..." he rambles on, his confidence from earlier seemingly melting away.
"It's okay" I say, clutching the gown closer to my body. "What's your name by the way?"
He looks at me: "I'm Jesse."
He even has a nice name, I thought to myself: "I'm Sami. Thanks for saving my life again, who knows what would've happened if you didn't."
A light chuckle escapes his mouth, a small smile settling on his face before responding: "Any day."
And with that, for the first time in three torturous days my mind wasn't pre-occupied with Zoe, her harsh words or who's lap she currently laid on, but by how this handsome stranger before me made me feel seen as a person, by someone outside my immediate friendship circle.
But could he be pranking me too?
I mean, I know that things like this, interactions such as this one - were almost like walking a tightrope - filled with so much uncertainty, and had I not had the light buzz, the courage from the alcoholic beverage that was shortly making its presence felt - I would've bolted right out of the room. Yet instead, I blabbered on:
"So," I start "which college do you go to?"
"San Lupin University."
"What are you studying?"
"Law." Why couldn't this guy just follow societal norms - I wonder. It's either you've got the brains or the brawn - you can't have it all! Not only is he handsome, stylish, and every other bit of good, but he's also smart! How lucky can someone get?
I try not to let any of my jealousy seep out as I spoke the next words: "So are you seeing anyone?"
His eyes move from my eyes down to my lips, setting that burning fire of arousal in me - as I once again come to note the hard on that pressing firmly against my trunks; intensified by the dropping of his voice a few octaves with his simple answer: "No." Am I really that drunk?
I shake my head rapidly, attempting to distract myself by taking a look around the space, noticing how the basement had been transformed into a cozy screening room - with a massive 'L-shaped couch' in the centre of the room, mood lighting installed meticulously on the walls of the room, with a large projector screen mounted on the wall.
To the side: a snack bar with a popcorn making machine and different bags of candy lied, each snack thoroughly testing my ability to restrain myself as I - just like my mother - have an uncontrollable sweet tooth. But refocusing my attention on Jesse, who's eyes were still trained on me has me forgetting about the candy almost instantaneously.
He now wore a navy blue long-sleeved shirt, with checkered pyjama pants that hid his legs, but did no good in hiding his hard on.
"You gonna take care of that?" I blurt out without thinking, mentally cursing myself long after the damage's been done.
"Only if you're gonna take care of that" he says with a wink, pointing right below the fluffy belt of the robe, where I didn't even need to look to tell what he was referring to.
And much like earlier when Felix asked me to come to this party on a random Sunday evening, my normal answer would be a definite 'no'; but now I yearned to live, even if it's just for a minute. I seriously had the desire enjoy life and prove to Zoe, her friends, but especially to myself that I'm not boring. And with that bit of motivation, coupled with the effects of the alcohol - all restraints had been lifted:
