Regina came waddling out of the bathroom a little while later with an empty bladder and was ready for her nap. She suddenly felt a sharp pain in her back and started rubbing circles there, trying to see if it would go away but it didn't. The pain just wraps around to her stomach. She leaned forward and placed one hand on the bottom of her stomach as the other gripped the door frame tightly. She was taking slow deep breaths in an attempt not to panic. This might not be labor, it could just be a false alarm. I can't be going into labor now, Robin's not here, she thought. Then her stomach tightened a little more which caused her to groan.

She heard the door creak open but couldn't look up to see who it was, she was just happy she was no longer alone.

"Regina," Emma said quietly as she peaked around the door. Henry had told her that Regina was going to try to take a nap, she didn't want to wake her but had a strange feeling she should go and check on her. "I was just coming up to say hello and see how you were- Oh crap! Are you okay?" Emma rushed to Regina's side and pulled one of Regina's arms over her own shoulders to help her to the bed.

Emma sat Regina down close to the edge of the bed and knelt down in front of her. "Are you having contractions?"

Regina nodded her head as she kept taking deep breaths. "I think so," she whispered.

"Kid! Kid!" Emma yelled towards the door.

Henry came running quickly into the room, "what is it mom?"

"Go call Zelena, I think your mom is in labor." Emma handed him her phone.

Henry's eyes widen. He took the phone and quickly stepped out of the room. He came back a few minutes later and told the two women, "Zelena should be here in fifteen minutes or so."

"Thanks kid." Emma said, nodding at Henry then turned back to Regina and sat beside her. "Okay, how many contractions have you had?"

"Two since you got here-" Regina's eyes suddenly squeeze shut and she reached out to grasp Emma's arm, "Mmm, okay three." She said on a strong exhale.

Emma started rubbing Regina's back with her free hand in an attempt to calm her. "Just breath, Zelena will be here soon then we'll know what's going on."

Regina managed to whisper a faint, "Robin," between her slow deep breaths.

Emma turned to Henry and asked, "did you call Robin?"

"I texted him right after I called Zelena. I haven't heard back from him. He doesn't usually have his phone on when he's out hunting with the merry men." Henry answered with a shake of his head and a shrug.

"Perfect," Emma rolled her eyes. "I'll go get him after Zelena gets here, I don't want to leave you two alone." She said with a glance back to a distraught Regina.

"I can't believe he turned his phone off when he knew I could go into labor." Regina grumbled, slowly standing to her feet to start pacing the room.

"Men, what ya gonna do." Emma said with a huff, then stood and walked toward the window. "You said fifteen minutes didn't you, kid?"

"Yeah, maybe something happened." Henry said with a shrug.

Regina came waddling towards them and looked out the window with Emma. "Of course something happened, because nothing can go normally in my life. My husband isn't here, and now you are going to have to deliver my baby." She gestured towards Emma.

Emma was about to speak but stopped herself when she saw the look on Regina's face then watched her hand move to her stomach. She could see the beginning of a contraction building, and from the looks of it, a rough one. Before Emma could move in her direction, Regina cried out and leaned forward.
