You woke up with a start. Like a bad start. You sat up and stretched and your arms and legs started cramping which hurt like a bit- I mean hurt like heck, Then your neck and shoulders felt sore and all of that left you in a bad mood.
You stepped out of the tent and saw your younger- blood bonded- walking rat thing- siblings having a good time and that normally wouldn't even catch your attention but right now that went against the laws of nature and anything normal (LMAO how I see my siblings jk).
"What are you doing? Where's mom and dad?" You said in a lazy tone and yawned. Their ears perked up and twitched at the sound of your voice.
"Mom and Dad went to Mondstat to get help, I thought they told you yesterday?" Your brother said.
"Mmhmm...." You responded with a bored hum and your brother tossed you an apple. You saw the dog eating a rabbit, you shuddered and had to look away when you saw her/him pulling out the organs and intestines and eating it messily to the point parts and pieces were falling from her/his mouth.
You took a bite of the apple and your eyes lit up when you felt the beautiful taste of sugary water and crispy texture of the piece in your mouth. Out of hunger and amazement your took several more bites and finished about 5 apples. You were full so you sat down to let it settle.
You brought one of your legs over the other and relaxed against the tree near your siblings and their apple pile. You patted your stomach and sighed, you looked at the sky and saw different shapes of clouds pass by.
"Hey B/n where did you say mom and dad went?" You asked since you hadn't heard him the first time, after all you had just woken up during that time.
"Are you deaf or something? I said they went to Mondstat-"
"WHAT!" Your scream echoed across the large forest sending multiple rabbits and squirrels and birds flying and running away. You scrambled to get up and picked up your brother and sister.
"(Dog name) you stay here and guard the camp! We have to go get mom and dad!" Seemingly like he/she understood you he/she barked in response and layed down on the ground. You patted the dog on the head and ran to the direction of the place.
From how fast you were running your face was cold and you could no longer hear anything except the sound of your blood rushing in your ears and the clack of the ground beneath your heels. It felt like Mondstat was getting farther and farther away the longer you ran. Soon you saw the walls of the place and sped inside, the guards at the gate yelling at you in a language you couldn't understand.
'mom, dad.' they were the only words crossing through your mind. Soon you saw them trying to buy something from a lady who was shaking and had a terrified face.
"MOM! DAD!" your parents turned to the sound of your voice and saw you sprinting at them at full speed.
"Baby why are you here? Your supposed to be watching your siblings." Her voice trailed off as she saw you catching your breath and almost hunched over holding your siblings in your arms.
She gasped and glared at you.
"Y/N M/N L/N!" She yelled, scaring the people around all of you and even your father. Heck she even scared you and your siblings as you felt them shake in your hold.
"Mama please we have to get out of here! This place isn't safe for us!" You pleaded for her to come back to the camp.
"I'm sorry but we have to buy stuff and get help but we can't since these people are so rude!" She said while shooting a look at the poor shopkeeper lady, she shrieked in response.
"And for a reason ma! We have to leave!" You shot back at your mom. You father tried to scold you but your mom made a hand signal to stop and she would handle it.
People made a crowd around you all and started to whisper and sent all of you dirty looks. Your parents noticed the crowd and so did you, and they weren't happy. Not because your parents were yelling at you but because they thought you all were with the fatui and they had enough with them.
Soon they started shouting and glaring at you all.
Unbeknownst to the crowd and your family was a guard saw what was happening and went to report it to a certain acting grand master.

He made his way up the steps to the knights of favonius headquarters and to the acting grand masters room.
"Miss Jean! There is a problem outside!" The blonde woman known as Jean was halfway writing through a paper when she stopped and looked at the guard.
"What's wrong? What happened? Did Klee do destroy something with a bomb?"she asked a serious of questions but they were all denied.
"No! There is a group outside! Two fatui, one mirror maiden and two abyss mages !" He responded. Jean's blue eyes widened, how there could be so many threats in Mondstat?
"Did they say anything or what they wanted?" She asked while walking out the room to the front door.
"N-no but it seems like the fatui were having an argument with the mirror maiden." He said while following her and trying to lead her to the area of the problem.
"Well what were they arguing about?" She asked her final question, well that's what she thought.
"That's the thing! I don't know what they are saying! It's like they are speaking another language entirely." He said.
Jean's eyes widened again. A different language? She knew that there weren't any dialects of teyvatian (or something I don't know what it's called).
"An alien language. How strange." She pondered to herself.
"A-also I noticed that they didn't have the usual fatui insignia." He added.
Jean's eyes widened even more. She tried to remember the official insignia but she didn't know any others. Just what was going on?
A/n:sorry for taking so long 😔 anywho I love you guys and I hope you all are doing well 💞! Also I have a present for you all but I'm still working on it and you have to wait till the end of the book💀.
