"Sometimes soulmates are an intertwined web between many."

3rd P.O.V

Woozi sighed as he stood at the gates of his new private college. His parents had told him that he didn't have a choice. He had fought with them but ultimately he lost the fight. So now, he'd be staying at this school for the next 4 years. His parents told him that it would be a great opportunity for him but he knew the truth. They were embarrassed by the gay son who smoked and was covered in tattoos. He couldn't go back now. It's not like he wanted to anyway. At least at Seventeen University, he didn't have to worry about his parents hitting him. That was what he hoped, anyway.

He looked around to see all kinds of people hugging their friends after a long summer break. What his parents had failed to mention was that there weren't just Koreans at this school. He noticed several people that he thought looked like foreigners. He bent down to pick up his bag when someone bumped into him. The stranger turned around and smiled apologetically.

"I'm sorry about that. I wasn't looking where I was going" Woozi shook his head at the stranger. He started to sign to them but then realized that they probably wouldn't understand. Woozi wanted to speak but he just couldn't. The stranger shook it off before asking another question. "Are you new here?" Woozi nodded at the guy. He pulled out his phone and typed. The stranger raised a brow out of curiosity. Woozi turned his phone so that the stranger could see it.

"I'm Woozi. I'm sorry I can't speak to you. I have selective mutism." The stranger held out his hand to Woozi with a bright smile.

"I'm Seungcheol. It's nice to meet you and it's okay if you can't talk. I do hope that you find someone here that you can talk to, though. This place is full of really kind people." Woozi only nodded. "Would you like for me to show you around? I know we had to be here today but school doesn't officially start till next week. The school likes to give everyone a week to settle down. It's also good for the new kids who don't know their way around." Woozi typed on his phone again and showed it to Seungcheol.

"That would be great. I have no idea where anything is. I didn't come for the orientation." Seungcheol nodded and picked up Woozi's bag.

"Is this all you have?" Seungcheol asked. Woozi shook his head and typed again.

"The rest is in my room. This is just the stuff I had for the trip here."

"Ah I see. Let me see your papers so we can go drop your stuff off before I show you around. I've already moved in so I have plenty of time."  Woozi handed his papers over and gained a smile from Seungcheol. "We're in the same building and on the same floor. That's quite interesting." Woozi shrugged. They headed to their dorm building after that. "I should warn you. Your roommate is very energetic and never-ending. He's also quite odd. No one knows much about him even though he's very talkative. Don't worry though. He's a good guy with a big heart." Woozi nodded at Seungcheols' words. Woozi could already tell that it was going to be a long year. At least he was away from his parents though. The walk was short. Before Woozi knew it, they were walking into the building and getting into the elevator. Woozi's room ended up being right beside Seungcheol. For some reason, it gave him comfort though. Seungcheol knocked on the door and a second later, a guy with blonde hair and bright eyes opened the door.

"Hi, Hyung." The boy said. Woozi studied his face for a moment. Woozi felt something familiar about the guy. He couldn't put his finger on it, though.
