"Hyungs!! Kai! We're back!" Beomgyu called out, his keys jingling from the door's keyhole.
Taehyun ran in with the many bags they bought while shopping. "We got ya'll matching clothes!"
Once they enter the living area, they are met with a bunch of decorations and everything. "Woah." Beomgyu spoke out in surprise.
"How do you like our decorating? Creative, isn't it?" Yeonjun grinned, an arm wrapped over Soobin's shoulder.
"It's.. creative all right.." Beomgyu said.
"I think it's a lot." Taehyun stared wide eyed.
"See! I told you guys to put less streamers!" Huening Kai exclaims, hands on his hips.
"Wha- it looks good! What are you talking about?!" Yeonjun huffs, offended.
"Well.. Beomgyu's the art master. What is it that we did wrong?" Soobin asked.
"First of all, these colors clash and just makes the place look like a mess. We're having a small anniversary party, not a giant crazy party where everyone goes drunk in the end." Beomgyu states.
"That's exactly what we did! It's small because it's in our dorm room." Yeonjun said.
"You moved the bike away from the stove and put it outside!" Beomgyu points out the window where their bike could be seen.
"Well- it's whatever."
"Whatever my ass, Junnie. The floor is covered in confetti. It's a MESS!!" Beomgyu glares with a pout.
"I'm a mess, mess, mess, mess, mess, mess, mess."
"SHUT UP KAI! WE AREN'T IN 2023!!"
"MY BAD!! I FORGOT IT'S 2021!!"
"ANYWAYS! YA'LL NEED TO DO BETTER!!"
"Well sorry! We can just do better next year."
"YOU SAID THAT LAST YEAR!!"
"Shhh, calm down, Beomie. It'll be okay." Taehyun brought Beomgyu closer and gave him a gentle hug.
Beomgyu frowns. "You also said that last year.." he whispered.
"I know." He hums, calming his Gyu down. "But for real, ya'll made one hell of a mess."
"I'm a mess in distress."
"NOT YOU TOO SOOBS!"
