chapter 31

It was not easy for Becky to accept the fact that she is carrying the result of Heng's horrific act to her. She begin to have nightmares again and will scream and cry because the scene of that horrific night is hunting her in her dream.

Freen is also so worried about Becky. She always remind Becky that she just by her side no matter what. 

Freen is now with Tee.

I am really worried about her. She is not sleeping well and if you look at her she is getting thinner  each day. I hate it Tee. 

Does she say anything about the pregnancy? Does she confide to you about it? 

She is not talking about it. She does not even acknowledge that she has a baby in her tummy. I am worried that she is keeping from me what she really feels. She always tell me that she's okay, but I feel different. I feel anytime now she will just explode and I am scared what she is capable of doing. I am really afraid Tee. 

You know bud, the best thing that you need to do is talk to her. I know you are afraid to hear the truth with her, but that's the only way for the both of you  to be able to move forward. We are also worried with the both of you, you know. But always keep in mind that we are just here for you and Becky if you need us, okay.

Thanks bud. Appreciate it so much. 

Babe, it's getting late already aren't you two sleepy yet? Becky appeared from behind looking sleepy. 

They are now in Tee's resort, they all need to relax and Tee thought of inviting them for the weekend. 

Hey, I thought you are asleep already? Freen approach Becky and put her arms on Becky's waist.

I could not sleep since I woke up and you're not there at my side.

Freen just smiled at her baby and gave her a peck in the nose. 

Sorry babe, come on let's go to our room now. Becky just nodded. Then they face Tee.

We'll go ahead bud. Freen said to Tee

Sure. have a good night sleep you two. 

Freen assisted Becky going to their room. She held Becky on her waist.

Becky is leaning her head to Freen.

The following day, Becky felt not so good but she does not want to spoil the fun they'll have with their friends that is why she just kept it to her self. But Freen took notice..

Babe, are you okay? Does something bothering you?

I don't want to lie to her, I am just having a bit of an headache but don't worry I can handle it. Let's not spoil the fun now.

Okay, okay, but come here sit on my lap so that I'll be able to massage your temple.

Becky went to seat on Freen's lap. They are now with their friends and having a fun conversation until Becky felt a bit of a pain in her tummy. 

Ouch.. she said. 

Babe, why? Freen asked immediately. 

I am feeling a pain in my tummy, babe. She is now holding her tummy because the pain is persistent and not stopping. 

Freen immediately assisted Becky to lay down in the lounger.

Then Jim noticed that Becky is a bit pale. 

Freen better bring her to the hospital now. She is pale and the pain is still persistent.

So Freen immediately carried Becky and rush to the car. Tee assisted them. 

We'll follow at the hospital, okay. Tee told Freen. 

Okay, thanks bud. 

Then Freen drove as fast as she could.

Upon arriving at the ER, Freen immediately seek assistance for Becky. The doctor is now with Becky and checking her vitals. It shows that Becky is having low blood pressure.

The doctor explained to them why it is happening. 

I think you need to be more active, do some exercise that is allowed for pregnant like you. Also make sure to have healthy meals, okay. Let's stay hydrated as well. You look pale and it is usually cause by low water intake as well. 

Doc, can I go home now? Becky asked.

I will suggest that you stay first just for tonight so that we'll be able to monitor your condition. 

Becky just nodded.

The doctor excused her self first and Freen went closer to her baby.

Hey, do you need anything babe? how do you feel now? Freen is really worried about Becky and their baby.

I'm sorry babe, I feel that I don't take care of my self that well. Then tears started to well her eyes.

Hey, babe please don't cry. You don't have to say sorry.No one wants this to happen. Let's just be more careful, okay. And please remember that I am just here for you if you need anything. Let me know babe what is happening to you and if you need to talk to someone about anything, I am so willing to give my hundred and one percent to you baby and to my other baby. 

Then Freen slowly wipe the tears that Becky is not able to control. Freen went closer to her and hug her.

Babe I also notice that you're starting to lose weight. I will not allow this already. I will be the one who will take care of you. I will go on leave from work and I will take care of you. 

Babe, how about the company? It will be hard for them that you'll not be around. 

You are more important than any of the business we have. And I will talk to Tee and on your end Irine will cover first for you.

Are you sure about this babe?

Of course. You and our baby is more important now babe. please baby let me know if you are not okay and if something is bothering you, okay. 

Becky just nodded and cling to Freen, because right now that's the only thing that will help her with what she is going through.
