I was listing off the things I needed to get ready to see (Y/N) we agreed to meet eachother at sunrise so we can have a romantic moment. This is perfect because it's our 2 year anniversary today and I was planning on giving him a promise ring.
"Promise ring, check" I write down in my notes app as I'm gathering the other things on the list "Picnic basket with utensils and plates? Check" "(Y/N)'s (F/F) check, my favorite food, check." I was wearing something causal but something (Y/N) would like.
It seemed I had everything as I checked the boxes in the notes app, I texted (Y/N) that I was on my way and put the phone into my back pocket of my pants.
My Maya auntie knew I'd be out earlier so I didn't have to worry about her worrying over me. The warm air hits my face as I walked out of my house and locked it. I walked down my house steps and into the direction of the hill I was planning our date at.
It was the perfect view, if you looked to one side you could see the city and the lights, but if you looked to the other you could see the sunrise at a perfect angle.
I received a text 5 minutes later from (Y/N) saying that he was on his way and asked for directions again. He's so forgetful at times and moments like these are so adorable, I'm the luckiest guy in the world right now.
(Y/N'S POV)
It was 4 AM and the alarm went off, I jumped up from the sudden noise that went off in my room.
I rubbed my eyes and wonder why I had an alarm set so early, until I remembered today was the 2 year anniversary was my boyfriend Pavitr.
We're not gonna tell him I forgot I just woke up it's not my fault duh. I already got things from the night before because I would've lost them or forgot so yay me for not procrastinating.
I drank my water from the night stand that may as well lifted me up and take me to god himself, it was so fucking delicious, can water be delicious..?
Anyway, I switched out if my pajamas into my outfit. Simple but really cute and it fit my aesthetic perfectly. I got the blanket and I also got Pavitr a promise ring for today, I was really excited to give it to him.
He's treated me so nicely and basically worshipped me. I was hoping in the next year or two I could replace the promise ring with a real one to seal the deal. But that was gonna have to wait for now.
I gotten everything and walked out the door and locking it and running to the hill before I realized I forgot where it was... again, I pulled out my phone and Texted my boyfriend

(Y/N): hey baby sorry to bother you ;-; but can u give me directions to the hill again?
Pavitr: yes ofc and don't be sorry mera pyaar (means my love correct me if I'm wrong) here you go :)

I smiled and went into maps and started listening to the directions. A few minutes go by and I'm thinking about how the day is gonna go. I wanted to take him to a few places I know he would absolutely adore but I also wanted him to do his thing. 'We'll talk about it when I get there don't stress it's okay breathe' I thought to myself
I get up to the hill and I see Pavitr sitting on a nearby bench on where we agreed to eat at. I walk over and give him a big bear hug after putting my stuff down yk, he hugs back too and I'm so happy, I haven't really seen him due to him being busy so I'm glad he could make time for me today.
(Third person POV)
(Y/N) gave Pavitr a big hug and he hugged back. "Do you want to start walking my love?" "Yes baby, anything you want" (Y/N) replied. He had a big smile on his face and so did Pavitr.
They walked a few more minutes, their belongings in one arm/hand and holding their hands in the other. They get to the spot and start setting up the picnic, (Y/N) put down the blanket and helped his boyfriend with the silverware and food.

Everything was set up and they sat down and enjoyed each other's company. Spotify was playing Minecraft music (don't ask why) Both promise rings in each of their pockets, they chatted about their week while eating. One would eat, the other would talk and vice versa, it was really romantic and relaxing.
The sun starts to rise eventually, in the background you could hear Sweden playing and everything was perfect. They looked into each other's eyes, Pavitr was sitting on the left and put his right hand out to hold (Y/N)'a face.
"Baby I need to tell you something" Pavitr said, there was a nervousness in his voice, (Y/N) replied "I have to tell you something too babe" they both looked into each other's eyes and realized what they were gonna say to one another.
(Y/N) and Pavitr were close, to the point where you could assume they were one mind at this point. Pavitr pulls back his hand, he nods to (Y/N) asking for his reassurance, (Y/N) gives him the reassurance, (Y/N) looks at Pavitr for his and he gives him his reassurance.
They pull out their boxes and they both turn red, and blushed. Haggstrom was playing now that filled the silence, they took out their rings and placed it on their fingers.
"(Y/N) I know we're so young but with this promise ring, I'm making it a promise and a priority to make you my husband, to be with you, to be by your side when you need me. You are my light and I couldn't be more grateful that your here with me right now, watching the sunset and had the same idea as me." he chuckled a bit when he said that, his face was slowly but surely turning red "I can't imagine my life without you now and it would be hard to not see your handsome face every day, I promise I'll take care of you every single day"
"Pavitr, when I needed you the most you were there for me. You've saved me more times than you think you have and I'm so happy your my beautiful boyfriend, you are the stars, the moonlight. My life is complete with you as corny as it sounds, I want to be in your life as you want to be in mine.
With this ring, I promise to be with you no matter what, you've been there for me so many times and I want to make sure that you can come to me for anything and I'll be by your side. I love you Pavitr Prabhakar and I always will. (Y/N) finished his speech, they shared a passionate kiss together.
They continued to watch the sunset with their new rings, happier than they could ever be. In that moment, everything was perfect.
