Either because they saw a potential content or just for fun the company allowed jia's quirky idea and even planned to film the whole thing. Jimin was totally against the filming thing, he wanted them to have a normal childhood and not a one with cameras around. Finally they came to an agreement of having cameras in certain rooms and telecasting it only if everything went well and both jimin and jungkook approve of it.
