"Chaeyoung, you have to go to this party." Lisa demanded, pulling the blonde up from the sofa. The latter sighed, running a finger through her slick blonde hair.

"Lisa...let me stay home. i have to stay sober, you know. Also, i'm not in the mood for parties. I would much rather stay home." Chaeyoung tried to reason with her sister, but it seemed like Lisa wasn't buying it.

Lisa crossed her arms over her chest and sighed. "Hey, just go. You don't have to drink anything, just go there. Jennie will be coming too, and most likely...Jisoo will be there as well." She said quietly, knowing how her sister always turns sad whenever her ex-wife was mentioned.

"It doesn't matter, Lisa, we're over. there's no use, i was wrong. i paid so little attention to her, i deserve this. She loved me to bits and i did— do too, but i focused on work a lot more than i focused on her. Jisoo deserves someone who actually spends time with her. And someone who actually makes her happy." Chaeyoung whispered, mostly to herself. Jisoo was someone she loved with her life, but she was just too busy back then to spend time with her. When she realised this, it was already too late for their relationship to be saved.

"Rosie...you know you loved her. you know she loves you just as much...Jisoonie has never fallen out of love with you. You might be too busy, but you still loved her. Don't blame yourself." The brunette knew she was in a difficult position. Chaeyoung was her sister, and Jisoo was her best friend. She knew how much the both of them loved each other, she knew that parting was one of the most difficult decisions they have ever made. Tonight, she knew Jisoo was going to come to the party.

Chaeyoung shook her head. "Lisa, i'm not going to the party. I know i'll see Jisoo there and i don't want stuff to be awkward." The brunette rolled her eyes, her sister could be so annoying at times.

"Chaeyoung...."

"No, Lisa, i will not be going."

"Fine, i'll ask Bona then." Lisa said, laughing at the blonde when she saw how she widened her eyes almost instantly.

Chaeyoung gulped, going silent for a second as she rethought. Bona had always liked her ex wife, and has always tried to pull them apart. As much as Chaeyoung hated to admit, she still didn't want Jisoo to be with anyone else.

"Get a grip, Chae, enjoy." Lisa patted her sister's shoulder, winking as she disappeared into the midst of people. Probably looking for Jennie. Chaeyoung sighed, feeling sickening as the loud music blared into her ears.

Sitting down at the drink bar, the blonde asked for water. Yes, water. She had a strange feeling, that tonight she had to stay sober, no matter what.

Chaeyoung sighed, sipping her cup of water as she watched people dancing up against each other on the dance floor. She was in no mood for clubbing, she just wanted to go home and sleep and wallow in sadness. Suddenly, she felt a tap of her shoulder. Whipping her head around, she gasped at the person in front of her.

"Jennie? Wha--are you drunk?? how many did you drink??" She put down her cup of water, standing up to secure the tipsy brunette worriedly. "Where's Lisa??" Chaeyoung asked out loud, her arm around Jennie's waist as she carefully slipped through the dance floor, with attempts to find her sister. "Lisa!!" She shouted, hoping her sister was somewhere in the crowd.

"I can't fiiiiind Jisoooooooooo..." Jennie slurred, and Chaeyoung felt a knot tighten in her stomach.

The said girl heard her name being shouted, she immediately pushed through the people to get to Chaeyoung. "Here! I'm here-- woah." Lisa said, suddenly finding a drunk Jennie in her arms. "Jennie? Why is she so drunk??" She turned to her sister, who shrugged.
