"Hey Y/N!" "Good morning.." you tiredly answered to the phone. "You remember whats today right?" Sam asked, the sound of his car was keeping you from getting back to sleep. "Uhhhh" your sleepy mind buffered. "We're going to record a video! Y/N did you get any sleep?" Sam sighed and Colby laughed at you. Seth beside you shuffled letting out a hum at the noise. "Ohhh who's that?" Colby teased. Seth had spent the night at your house and you both ended up cuddling in your bed. "Shut up Colby. Sorry we'll get ready now" you huffed and hung up, pulling the warm blanket off you and Seth. "Y/NNN" Seth sighed pulling you back into his hold, . "Seth we gotta go baby" you turned to him ruffling his long hair. He sat up closing his eyes as you open your curtains letting the sunlight spill into your bedroom. Seth hummed and rubbed his eyes, "fine i'll get up"

You were sat in Colby's car contemplating your decision to go and record with Sam, Colby and Seth because they were going to a place with a poltergeist. Known to scratch, throw things and even push people. But you were tough. Or so you thought you were.
As you arrived, the air in the area felt thick enough to be sliced through. It almost felt like you were about to throw up. You gathered the equipment with the others, trying your best not to seem sick. While setting up, you got lightheaded and had to sit down here you were once standing. Seth called out for you, "I'm in here" you replied rubbing the sides of your head trying your best to ease your headache. "Woah what happened? Did you get hurt?" Seth rushed to your side rubbing your back, his presence comforted you. "Yeah, I think I'm just nervous" you said looking at his worried eyes.
Oh his eyes..
"Y/N if your not feeling well me, Sam and Colby can do the vid. You can sit this one out" Seth smiled at you comfortingly. "Oh, no it's fine really. I'm feeling better with you actually" shit! Why would you say that? That's so cringe. 🤦🏼♀️ "oh uh I feel the same.. actually" he said shyly. He tensed, shifting in his place. Good job! You made him uncomfortable. "Sorry" you sighed. "For what?" He said confused. "That was weird. Now your weirded out by me" you averted your eyes feeling like an absolute moron. He softly placed his fingertips on your cheek pushing your face to meet his. "I mean it. I feel the same way. I sorta always have felt that way. I feel more comfortable around you, more than anyone else. And I'm tired of denying that I don't..." he paused, still staring into your eyes. "Seth.." you pulled his attention back to you instead of his thoughts. "I love you more than anything" his voice was soft and comforting.
You had to take a moment to process these words. Your mind completely blank and your eyes widened. He started blabbing on about how he was sorry and he shouldn't have said that. You felt like you were in a story. In that moment you took your hands and placed it on both of his cheeks pressing your lips together softly, but also full of love and lust. When you stopped you took a breath, stared right at him and said "I love you too" there was a silence before Seth stood up and started celebrating. "Finally!" You jumped to see Sam and Colby standing in the hallway.
"Oh my god you scared the s%$# out of me" Seth placed a hand over his heart. "What the f*%& how long have you been standing there!" "Doesn't matter" Colby said still giggling at both of you. "Are we gonna continue the video or is your little date gonna put you back?" Sam teased you both causing you and Seth to turn red. "Shut up assholes" Seth laughed trying to hide his face. He looked adorable. He stood up and reached his hand out. "Come on, we should get on with the video" Seth pulled you from the ashy floor.

Your group had gotten a lot of evidence, most of the hateful stuff was toward you. Of course it had to be you! You were already scared when it was someone else being targeted, but you!? "Don't worry it's not you, it's just because your a woman" Seth tried to comfort you but nothing could help that much. The spirit here is very misogynistic and racist. Basically wants all people to be white and all woman out of power. "Yeah don't worry" Sam reassured patting you on the back. "If you don't feel comfortable you can wait in the car with Seth, trust me I'd probably rather you in their than being terrified in here" Colby explained, you all walked down the stairs to the basement. "I'd rather that too" you laughed worried for your safety. The basement stairs creaked and squealed under your feet. Making your stomach churn. Seth looked back at you giving you a thumbs up. You gave him a nervous smile, giving him a thumbs up back.
When you reached the bottom of the staircase from your nightmares you were greeted with shelves with booze on them, a table with candles and five chairs. "Well this is gonna be a ritual and a half" you sighed, the others laughed. While the others were laughing, you felt something draw their fingers down your back. You let out a hiss "ah fuck!" You reached for your back. You turned to Seth who was standing behind you, "did you touch my back?" You spoke annoyed. "No I was just standing here" he put his hands up in defense. You pulled your shirt up to reveal your back. There was claw marks from the middle of your spine to your pants. "Holy shit!" Sam yelled. "Fuck that's massive! It's the whole way down your back" Colby described. "Are you ok? Does it hurt?" Seth spun you around and looked in your eyes. "Yeah I've been scratched before, it burns a bit" you replied ruffling his hair, grinning at him. "God Y/N I don't think this is safe for you" Colby complained. "I wanna continue with the video" you mumbled, it made you feel weak pussy-ing out of a video.
"If this thing keeps threatening you we are leaving" Seth addressed while you all sat down at the table. "Yeah we can't let you get hurt again" Sam agreed, he started lighting the candles. "Guys it's fine it's just a scratch" you reassured, still wanting to do the video was holding you back from running out of this S#*% hole. You could feel Seth's worry beside you, you couldn't help but feel bad.
A sudden feeling of fear shivered through your body, "what the f#$%.." you whispered, your whole body was on edge. Sam and Colby started calling out to spirits asking them to touch the rem pod behind me or the one on the chair. The rem pod behind me started going crazy. All the colors went off, to be honest you thought it was gonna explode. The rest of the group was freaking out, Seth held your hand. Two bottles slid from the shelves behind you and Seth. "Y/N!" Seth grabbed one of the bottles that was going to hit you in the head. The other fell at your feet and shattered it's liquid spilling everywhere over the floor. "F&#@ are you guys ok" Sam asked. "We have to get out of here" Seth grabbed you by your hand and pulled you from the table, "no" the spirit box announced "stay" it added.
"I'm not letting you stay here" Seth hissed, he was pissed he even let you join in the first place. You turned at checked your surroundings while Seth was pulling you, a tall black figure stood in the doorway you passed. You screamed, "WHAT THE F@#%• WAS THAT!" You stumbled closer to Seth, tears fell from your eyes. "You're ok come on were nearly there we're nearly out of this stupid hell hole" we started running out of the house. You heard Sam and Colby call out to you both, asking if you were ok. They trailed behind you both, but they sure weren't standing in that hallway, that was something else. It's imagine was popping up in you head until you made it out of the house. "What the f#£?. What the actual f#+%!!!" You mumbled, still out of breath. "It's ok, you're alright" Seth said softly he pulled you into a hug.
