Randy: Rather not you all don't get too aquinted. The suspect rules apply even on names and aquintes. Especially with you too. But the way I see it the killer or killers are obviously writing the rules of a requel.
Richie: Requel? Like a new sequel that ignores the other?
Randy: Close but no cigar. Some requels are tied to the whole franchise but not frankly. But the Requel Rules are more high than the original. Number one: The rules to the first chapter apply. Number two: Death Scenes always happen unexpectedly. The killer could strike in public areas seconds before anyone see's him. And Number three: The ending can always be a cliffhanger especially if you defeat the killer in the end. And Number four: The....rules.....can always......change.
