I saw the video my self. The video was filmed in the landing spot of an extraterrestrial vehicle. A being standing no smaller than 9 feet toll, crowned with a grey/greenish rock crown. His body entirely made of the unworldly material, save for his glowing eyes which shined a bright yellow, resembling miniature Suns.
The extra terrestrials voice was nearly as shocking sound almost like somebody was speaking threw a fan. Or altering there voice with a Pringles can.
"Like we say, ignorance is bliss. And the root of all evils comes from the ignorants unknowing of something , and the hatred and fear of the unknown."
"Tell me what do you fear. I will show it to you in due time. But until then think of what your truly fear, you will need to overcome it if you hope to survive. The extinction is upon your race."
"Survival of the fittest, those who do not fear will survive and create a new race, transforming the human genome. Your planet is a breeding place for ignorance and fear. I'm going to change that, through natural selection."
The being then fades away, disappearing and the video runs in for a few more short seconds, where you hear the mumbling of soldiers. The fear in there voices painfully obvious.
