The Forbidden Love

Chapter 3: Another school day

A couple days later, on Monday 15th of April 2669 at 7am, Elijah got up and started to get ready to go to Lawrind University for the day as per usual. He put more liquids on his body and clothes and replaced his bandages again, and then headed out of his room and down the stairs briskly and went to make some breakfast for himself as usual while his mother and father were starting to wake up. 

But when he entered the kitchen as per usual, he noticed Butler Henry was already there, wearing his same suit. He smiled, and replied "Oh, hello there Prince Elijah!". Elijah smiled, and said "Hey Butler Henry! What are you doing right now?". Henry replied with a smile "Making your parents and your breakfast, of course!". Elijah was in disbelief, and he thought "Someone is making my breakfast for me, especially on a school day?!". 

Henry looked at him in confusion since Elijah was staring into space in shock at what Henry said and was doing, and said "Elijah? You..you alright?". Elijah shook off his shock, and said "I-I'm alright, thank you Henry! I will be waiting in the dining room.". He nodded, and answered "That is all good! See you there!". Elijah went to the table in the dining room and sat down, and started to wonder in his mind what Henry would do when he found out about him, "Hmm, will he beat me up? Punish me? Run away crying? Quit jobs? Don't give me food or drink? Actually be okay with it, which would never happen?!". 

All of a sudden, his thoughts were interrupted by Henry, who was holding a gold tray with food on it from the kitchen he put on top. He said "I will be there for your breakfast soon, since I will bring your parent's food first.". Elijah stammered to Henry in surprise "T-that is all good, t-take your time!". Henry bowed, and replied, "Thank you Prince. I will be back with your food soon.". Henry headed out of the room and up the stairs to the king and queen's room as quickly as he could, and gave the food, as the king and queen said, barely looking at Henry "Thank you Henry!". He bowed quickly and left the room so they could eat.

Henry came back into the dining room at 7:15am and then into the kitchen with the empty tray as fast as a cheetah. Henry picked up the plates of food, put it on the tray and went back to the dining room. Then, he came back into the dining room with Elijah's food on his plate. Henry smiled, and said "Here you go Elijah! Hope you enjoy it!", as he put the plates of food in front of Elijah. 

Elijah looked at the food in delight as the food was put in front of him. There was eggs, toast, bacon, hash browns, pancakes, waffles, orange juice, and much more. He smiled, and said "Thanks Henry! I will surely enjoy it!". Henry bowed, and left the room into the kitchen to do the dishes. Elijah dug into the food like a ravenous wolf. 

After he ate all the food at 7:30am, Elijah got up to get ready for school. After Elijah left the dining room to go to his bedroom to get ready, Henry took his dishes, washed them, and did the same thing with his parent's dishes. Elijah got dressed into his university uniform, brushed his teeth, packed his homework, packed liquids for his clothes and body in case, packed bandages for his body in case, and more quickly. 

He went back downstairs with his stuff to fetch some lunch and water as well, but Henry had already done it for him and gave it to him. His water was in a 750ml bottle, and the lunch was a couple sandwiches, a couple pieces of fruit, and a couple energy bars. Elijah said to Henry in amazement "Oh, uh... thanks!". Henry said "No problem!". Henry checked the clock, which was 7:45am. Henry looked at Elijah, and said "I guess it is time to go to uni now Elijah.". Elijah nodded, and said "I'll say goodbye to my mother and father!".

Elijah went upstairs to say goodbye to his parents while Henry waited for him downstairs at the entrance. "Goodbye parents!", he said to them. His parents who were still in their bed replied "Hope you have a terrible day shitass!". Elijah headed back downstairs down to the entrance where Henry was at 7:50am. 

Elijah replied "Well, have a good day Henry, see you later!". But before he was going to leave the palace to walk to uni, Henry stopped him. "Wait, Prince Elijah!". He turned around and said with a confused look and tone "Anything wrong?". Henry replied with "Well, it looks like you are walking to school. I think it is a bit crazy for you to walk to school, especially because of your royal title, even if your parents might say to walk to school. I am happy to take you to school in my black car instead.". 

Elijah looked in shock, and said "W-wait, really?! Do you want to do that? Even if you're supposed to stay here to take care of my parents?". Henry nodded, and said "Don't worry. It won't take too long, and your parents should just wait for me. Come on!". Henry and Elijah headed off to the garage and jumped into Henry's black car, Henry in the driver's seat and Elijah in the passenger seat since of being licenceless. 

They both left the palace in the car carefully so then the king and queen wouldn't find out. After 10 minutes of driving at 8am, they arrived near the uni so then Elijah could walk the rest. Elijah said to Henry "Thanks Henry! Have a good day today!". Henry smiled, and said "I will, you have a good day too Elijah!". Elijah jumped out and started walking to Lawrind University as Henry drove off in the car back to the Lawrind Palace.

Elijah came into school, and as per usual, some people were already there, laughing and calling them names. Elijah ignored them and headed off to get ready for class. He had a bunch of periods for all his subjects, in which he was able to give the homework that he did during the weekend, and do the usual work. 

Also as per usual, during interval and lunch, while eating his food, some of the bullies came and started to beat them up and laugh at them by using many different methods to make him suffer, but luckily, Elijah bought his spare liquids and bandages in case he needed to change it. At the end of the day at 4pm, he was not happy because of his bad day, he had to walk home, it was going to rain soon, and he wasn't going to have fun at home. 

Meanwhile, Henry came back to the palace, and the king and queen didn't notice, and he did his usual stuff like making food, cleaning, and much more. At 3:45pm, he decided to get ready to pick up Elijah. But the king and queen stopped him, saying "It is all good! He is fine walking home, like he did walking to school this morning!". But Henry knew he didn't walk to school this morning, and it was good to pick him up instead of making him walk since it was going to rain soon and he had a royal title. 

So, when the king and queen weren't noticing, Henry quickly went to the garage and jumped into the black car and headed straight back to the drop off point. After 4pm, Elijah was walking near the uni, and stopped at the place Henry dropped him off at earlier and sighed sadly while the clouds started to spit above him. But all of a sudden, before he was about to continue walking, he noticed the familiar black car that had Henry in it stop in the same place. Elijah smiled in relief, and thought "Yes!". He immediately jumped into the passenger seat and the car drove off. At 4:15pm, they arrived at the palace, and luckily the king and queen didn't notice at all.
