Lloyd pov
I was back at Kai's I was in his room while he was talking to someone downstairs I don't know who and it was none of my business. I had my headphones on playing my guitar but with the headphones only I could hear what I was playing so I wouldn't disturb anyone. I was just on the air mattress my back was to the door so I didn't see anyone come. Until I felt a tap on my shoulder which all most made me drop my guitar
Jay: oh sorry Lloyd didn't mean to scare you is your guitar okay.
Lloyd: it's okay and yes my guitar is fine
Jay: sooo can you play for us
When Jay said that I was a little shocked I mean that all he ever wanted was to hear me play but the truth is what if they make fun of me and start saying things about me what if I'm bad and they laugh
Jay: Lloyd hey Lloyd
Lloyd: what oh sorry uhm sure I will play for you
I watched as Jay's face lit up with just so much happiness it honestly made me feel good seeing him like that so I unplugged my headphones from the guitar at this point Kai was in the room so I took a deep breath and started
After I was done I look at Jay and Kai and their jaws were almost to the ground I could feel my face turn a light pink until the silence was broken be nun other than Jay
Jay: OMG THAT WAS THE BEST THING I EVER HEARD PLEASE TELL ME WHY HAVE YOU BEEN HIDING THIS FROM ME I MEAN THAT WAS JUST THE BEST THING EVER COLE IS GOING TO BE SOOO JEALOUS
Lloyd: t-thanks I didn't mean to hide it I just don't do it in front of people that much
After that me and the others just hung out for a little before it was time for Jay to go back to his apartment and for us to go to bed
Kai POV
The house was quiet everyone was asleep but me I was just staring at the ceiling when I heard something I turn to see the cutest person sleeping on the floor. If I would have one wish it would be to have Lloyd all to myself I want to wake up and see him every day I know he likes me so why can't I just ask him out? That's when my body started to move on its own I got up and walk over to the sleeping Lloyd. I got on the air mattress and lay there that's when the unthinkable happened. Lloyd in his sleep wrapped his arm around me and curled up close. I didn't know what to do so I did the same not trying to wake him up. The prom is coming up that's when I will do it I think but I need Lloyd in my life. After my thoughts stopped I slowly when to sleep curled up next to the one I love or then life itself.
