*1st pov*

After a good night's rest and trying not to remember in detail masquerade's "reward", I then started dressing up for whatever today had in store for me.

Leonidas: *on desk* So what are you going to do for today, boss?

Y/n: *looks at leonidas* That I do not know my lizard friend, but maybe hang out at the park a bit. Dan went ahead to do some training.

Leonidas: *confused tone* How the hell is he supposed to do training? He does know that he isn't using physical strength in bakugan, it's more of a strategic battle.

Y/n: ...-_-...It's my younger brother we're talking about leo. I think his homework scores tell you his strategic skills.

Leonidas: Agreed. No point in arguing in that one.

After getting my clothes on, leonidas jumped into my breast pocket, and the both of us were heading out to the park.

Mom: Hey y/n, if it's not much trouble can you visit the clothing shop, I ordered some new shoes for your father.

Y/n: *looks at mom, smile* Sure mom, I was going to head out anyway.

Mom: *smile* Thank you sweetie, and be safe.

Y/n: *smile* Thanks mom.

While walking to the clothing store, my mind was still on masquerade. I wonder who was behind the mask, but more importantly what was her goal, she battled many brawlers, and while becoming number one was one of her goals, it wasn't her main goal.

Leonidas: You're still thinking about masquerade, boss.

Y/n: *getting out of thought, looks slightly down to leonidas* Yeah.

Leonidas: *teasing tone* Bet you're still thinking about your lip action with her.

Y/n: *annoyed* Jackass.

Leonidas: *chuckle noise* Just messing with you, boss. But I'm guessing you're trying to figure out who's behind the mask and what's her goal.

Y/n: *sighs a bit* Yeah, it's obvious that we have no idea of her true identity. But I might have a small theory on what her possible goal is.

Leonidas: What could that be, y/n?

Y/n: It's obvious that she wants to be number one.

Leonidas: Which won't happen for a loooong time.

Y/n: But it's like she's searching for something. Her battles say it all.

Leonidas: Now that you mentioned it. Your right boss. But what is she searching for?

Y/n: *sighs a bit* That I don't know, but I guess having to face her again will be the only way.

Leonidas: *teasing tone* Or maybe having another kissing session will make her talk more.

Y/n: *annoyed* Enough with that already!

???: *taps on my shoulder* Excuse me?

I turned around to see a girl who was slightly taller than me. She was wearing a hoodie, but I could see her eyes were brown and saw brief glimpses of her hair which was green in color. The girl also had a brown bakupod on her right wrist.
