Again Broken

Chapter - 2

Jeonghan was just sitting their staring off in the space when his phone rang, Seungcheol's beautiful face came into view. It was Jeonghan's favorite pic of his lover,  Jeonghan contemplated whether he should pick up or not because he didn't want to worry Seungcheol because he knew his voice would break and he would cry if he talks to Seungcheol now, so he let it ring, settling on sending a text to tell him that he is busy right now with his father as to not worry his lover. And 'ok' and 'love you' came back as reply.

Their was knock on the door again, 'Come in'.  It was the same worker as before 'Young Master,  Master had said to tell you to get ready, you are going to a meeting with him. He said to be in the main foyer in 15 mins with the new project files. ' 'Fine' he said.
Jeonghan knew he cannot do anything about it right now so he just did what his father asked and got ready for a meeting in a black shirt, black slacks and same Italian loafers.
He met his father in main foyer with the files in hand.
'Let's Go' his father said and started walking, Jeonghan followed his father to a black Lamborghini Urus, the driver opened the door for his father and he went to sat on other side. 'Why are you doing this deal father,  you know the reputation of Kim's right now, ' 'I am doing this because it is very profitable, I am not just building them this hotel but also buying a share in their new resort chain' 'It could affect our reputation father, the scandal about senior Kim is still hot topic' 'Don't worry, the scandal will go away soon, now tell me did you read these file properly. ' 'Yes Father' 'Good because you are going to handle this project'. 'But this is in New York' 'Yes, you will leave after your graduation, will do your college their, you will only come back once you are ready to take over the company. Do you understand? ' Yes Father' he agreed because he thought it was for better this way for him because after breaking up with Seungcheol staying here is risky because he knew their are chances that will they will see each other and he didn't want that. So going away was better.

They reached the hotel the meeting was in, it was one of the Kim's hotel, they were led to a private conference room, Mr Kim was already their with him was what Jeonghan could tell was his son Kim Seokjin, who was already famous in Korea for his beauty as well has his good nature. He was very different from his father. Where on one hand  senior Kim was known for his anger his son was known as angel who had opened multiple charites at the age of 21 even before taking over his father's company. He will take at 22 which is in December of this year.

Jeonghan's Pov

'Hello Mr. Kim' said my father while shaking his hand 'This is my son Yoon Jeonghan' he introduced me.  'Hello Mr Kim, it's a pleasure to meet you', while it was not. He introduced Kim Seokjin to us, he told us to call him Seokjin. Our fathers talked for a while about the project, I was thinking why he is not asking my opinion if he wants me to work but that's just how my father works. They after a while left us to go somewhere to talk more and told us to get to know each other,  'You don't want to be here' is the first thing Seokjin said to me after they left. What? I ask flustered, 'you don't want to be here' he repeated. 'How do you know', 'I can telll your mind is not here you are thinking about something else and you are sad, I can see it in your eyes. 'You are right,  I didn't want to be here not after what my father did in the morning, but i had no choice. 'I understand, he said, we are the sons of these rich businessmen , so people think we are so happy we get what we want, but it's not always like that, we have to be a certain way to please our fathers, we can't have our own dreams because a path was set in stone from the day we were born and we had to follow that path'. He looked like he also had to give up someone or something important to him because of pressure. 'What did you gave up? I asked, 'I loved to cook, I wanted to be a chef and open my restaurant, but couldn't, I haven't cooked in four years. ' His eyes became sad when he talked about that. 'We are pathetic aren't we, their is anything we can buy but what we desire so badly can never be bought.' He laughed and said yes, its pathetic. He never asked what I had to give up because I think he knew I am not ready to talk about it and I am greatful for it. I think I made a friend who truly understand what I am going through because he is going to through the same thing and I don't know if it should make me happy or sad, but again I am greatful that I met him.

Author's Note - Sorry it took time to get this chapter our. Also Seungcheol will be seen in next chapter and other characters too.
I don't have a set schedule but I will try uploading atleast once a week
