Context: This is how it looks like when India summons the "Chakra". That's not how the Chakra looks like, [Obviously, you can't see any wheel] It's how it looks while summoning one.
I'll tell and show you all about the Chakra later some day. But for now, All I'll tell is that. The Chakra is Blue and has some saffron lights. And it is very Dangerous.
