It was the next day and Marinette's excitement bubbled within her as she eagerly prepared for the day ahead.

She had been looking forward to showing Kaze the vibrant city of Paris, sharing with him the places and experiences that held special meaning to her.

"Today is going to be wonderful!" Marinette squealed.

Tikki nodded. "I have no doubt, Marinette."

With a skip in her step, she made her way downstairs where her parents were already running the bakery.

Sabine spotted her and smiled, "Going to show Kaze around?"

Marinette nodded eagerly, Sabine laughed and kissed her cheek. "Have a good day."

Marinette looked at the clock and realized something.

She was late.

Fuuuuck..

Marinette ran out the door. "You too, maman!"

As Marinette rushed through the streets of Paris, she mentally went through the list of places she wanted to show Kaze. Her heart raced with a mix of excitement and worry, hoping she hadn't kept him waiting for too long.

Finally, she spotted Kaze waiting near their agreed meeting spot. He turned to face her, a warm smile lighting up his face as he saw her approach.

"Sorry I'm late!" Marinette exclaimed, slightly out of breath.

Kaze waved it off with a grin. "No worries, Marinette. I just got here myself. Ready to explore the city?

Marinette nodded eagerly, her eyes sparkling with enthusiasm. "Absolutely! Let's start our adventure!"

Their first stop was the magnificent Notre-Dame Cathedral, with its intricate Gothic architecture and towering spires.

Marinette pointed to the grand cathedral and said, "Kaze, this is Notre-Dame, one of the most iconic landmarks in Paris. It's a masterpiece of architecture and has stood here for centuries."

Kaze gazed up at the towering structure, awe evident in his eyes. "Wow, it's even more impressive in person. The level of detail is incredible!"

They continued their journey, walking along the charming streets of the Latin Quarter. The scent of freshly baked bread and coffee wafted through the air as they passed by quaint cafes and bookshops. Marinette couldn't help but share her favorite spots with Kaze.

"Here is Shakespeare and Company, a legendary English bookstore. It's been a haven for writers and book lovers for decades," Marinette explained.

Kaze smiled as he stepped inside the cozy bookstore. "I can see why this place is so special. It feels like a sanctuary for literature."

Next, they made their way to the Louvre Museum, home to countless masterpieces, including the world-famous painting, the Mona Lisa. Marinette and Kaze marveled at the vast collection of art as they walked through the grand halls.

Marinette pointed towards the Mona Lisa and said with excitement, "Kaze, there she is! The most famous painting in the world. Leonardo da Vinci's masterpiece."

Kaze took a moment to absorb the painting's beauty. "It's surreal to see it up close. I can understand why people from all over the world come to admire this painting."

They continued their exploration, wandering along the Seine River. The riverbanks were lined with charming bridges and quays, bustling with activity.

Marinette gestured towards the water. "This is the Seine River, Kaze. It's not only a beautiful spot to relax, but it's also a vital part of the city's history and transportation."
