Kamiko POV
It was a beautiful sunny day as Kamiko was sitting at her favourite spot, just behind the rivers big turn, on a big rock that was radiating heat and warming her body. The peaceful forrest around her filled the air with happy bird chirps and the sound of a mild breeze caressing the dark green leaves. The perfect spot to practice her chakra control. She slowed down her breathing and focused on the flow of energy through her body, directing it towards her heart and calming it down. The goal of the exercise was complete stillness, to a point where her chakra wouldn't be perceived by other Shinobi around her, to keep her presence hidden from potential enemies.
As she calmed her own chakra and body, Kamiko started taking in more of her surroundings to blend into them. She heard a school of fish jumping in and out of the rivers waves. A group of monkeys swinging from branch to branch further away. The insects making their way through the pebbles at her toes. And then she heard faint footsteps, first on the soft forest floor, then coming closer to the beach until she could hear the crunch of little rocks giving way under .. a definitely large body.
Kamiko kept her cool and continued to control her chakra as it seemed like her presence hadn't been detected yet, and at this point there was no way to tell if that person at the beach was a friend or foe. She tried to gather as much information as possible from what she heard: based on the weight she estimated and the the sound of his breathing, it was probably a man. His steps were quiet and careful, maybe he didn't want to be seen either. Probably a fellow Shinobi. His steps eventually stopped and she could hear the sound of moving fabric - was he undressing? Maybe he was also going to spend some time enjoying the sun. Kamiko frowned at that thought, she didn't really feel like sharing her special spot with anyone else. Especially since she had planned to do some shuriken training later on.
She refocused on listening to the mystery man. Where was he going? His steps continued until she could hear the splashing of water against him.
Oh no. I guess you're not from here ... Kamiko thought to herself. She new that river was not one to swim in. Beneath the surface, two streams entangled in a wild underwater vortex that dragged everything - and everyone - down into inescapable depths. If that man went just a little bit too far into the river he would be done for. Her toes started to tingle. Self preservation fighting against her morals inside her head. But she knew, as an honorable Shinobi she couldn't just stand by.
Kamika released her chakra control and already heard the man in the river stiffen up, as she slid from the rock she was sitting on and walked around it's edge to face him standing knee deep in the turquoise water.
He was tall, maybe 1,90m. His skin was pale blue and streched across a muscular but athletic body with broad shoulders, and a six pack from heaven. He was only wearing black underwear that left little to imagination and her core immediately tensed up looking at the attractive man before her. His face was sharp, with high cheekbones and shark features giving him a demonish appearance. His expression was careful and observant, his eyes piercing hers.
Deep breath Kami, don't make a fool of yourself.
Kamiko tried to fight the blush on her cheeks and casually leaned against the rock, holding his stare. "I wouldn't go further, if I was you."
