Calida was just minding her own business while she made a flower crown.
Out of nowhere, she heard some noise. She stood up, confused as to what was happening.
When they came near her, she heard some words which they were saying, such as 'Witch' , 'Spawn of Satan' and 'You must be burned at once!'
After hearing those insults, her heartbeat sped up.
'Did they? No they couldn't have possibly found out? Could they?' Calida thought while panicking.
