The week has passed, it was full of continuous training, planning, finding faults in their plans and planning again.

Zoe stands at the table 'Twenty boats will hit each of the four beaches, land on their beaches if you can but it may be quieter to swim, it'll be easier for them to miss the shots. Our eighty boats will carry two people, they'll be able to go quicker without the weight. As far as we know the towns are coastal, there's four towns with surrounding villages, move on to the villages once the towns are destroyed. The main town is on the southern beach, we suspect this will have the most guards, James and I will be on a boat to this town. I've informed Aaron and the bunker people of our plans and they've refused to join, as they claim there's no way past the horde'.

'I don't think informing the bunker people of our plans is a good idea,' Daisy interrupts, everyone turns to look at her 'they drop out and a few days later our area is swarmed by a horde'.
'She's got a point,' Nix says.

'I disagree,' James says 'they've always been on our side but you know how Aaron gets when it comes to doing the heavy lifting'.
'I still wouldn't trust him,' Daisy shrugs.
'That's a fair opinion,' Zoe says.
Daisy gives her a slight smile.

'As of now we don't know how many leaders there is, who their leader is or where to locate them,' Zoe continues 'but that's our main goal, we're hoping to do enough damage to make their leader surrender'.

'They may have an elder system,' Nix says 'that's how it normally works on the tv'.
'Perhaps,' Zoe says 'we just have to take out everyone possible, regardless of age, gender, whatever, we have to end this'.

'What's your plan?' Nix asks Daisy after the meeting, the two walk through the settlement.
'See how their defences are first then find the leader,' she says.
  'As easy as that'.
She shrugs 'we're landing on the main beach, can't be too hard to find, but I don't want to harm a single person in the way'.
'I'm hoping you know what you're doing,' he says.
'I always do,' she smiles.

Nightfalls, it's a stormy night which works to their advantage as their visibility is low but it's a close night, making them sweaty and more drained.

The boats line the coast, ready to go, Daisy's never seen so many boats, she forgets how big the group is, but they don't know the numbers of the cult, she has a feelings it's a lot bigger than they think.

'Best of luck out there,' Zoe comes up to her 'I know we've drifted but I do care for you and I've a lot of respect for you'.
'Likewise,' Daisy smiles 'we'll get through this'.
   'Hopefully'.

'You ready?' Nix comes up to Daisy.
  'Let's do this'.

One by one the boats leave the shore. The water's rough and the rain hits their faces. Daisy can see Nix struggle to row the boat as the wind hits his face. Twenty boats line the southern beach, bell's begin ringing from the shore, horns travel through the wind.

A row of arrows fall from the sky, hitting some of the kids in the boats, more arrows come, narrowly missing Nix and Daisy.

Kids begin jumping from the boats and disappearing under the water. Daisy looks at Nix and he nods, they separate from the others.

Nix brings the boat upon a more isolated part of the beach, away from the main settlement where an eruption of gunfire begins.

'No,' Daisy says as the two of them jump from the boat 'I need you to stay here, mind the boat'.
'I'm not letting you go alone,' he says.
'Stay, one of us has to live'.
He nods slowly, not wanting to stay back but understanding her reasoning.
'I'll see you in awhile,' she smiles before disappearing into the woods.
