Hello, A.F.C Richmond family!
I apologize for the LONG delay on the story updates. I can't believe it's already been as long as it has been.
I have a couple of explanations
1-my life has gotten very busy and crazy. I am a 20-something adult. Unfortunately these things happen. I might be better off posting on AO3, with that reason being. But, I love the Wattpad platform. It's personally easier for me to read and communicate this way. Though, I might post this story there, also. And have more exclusive stuff for this story here. I'm unsure- but we will see.Another reason for the delay- after realizing this third season was the final season ( I cry ), I thought it would be a good idea to see how the season played out, so I could try to incorporate all of the things the best I could, learn more about the lasso family, decide if Leila gets a romance plot (we shall see), ect. Now that teds story has sadly- yet beautifully- concluded along with us not yet knowing if there will be spin offs in the future, and will soon be back to the drawing board!!
It's been your guys consistency of adding this story to reading list, commenting how much you enjoyed and asking for more that is encouraging me to continue this book. Like Ted, Leila is a person who is just trying to figure life out. I know we all aim for romance. I intend for there to be some of that somewhere. But, this story is about a girl growing into a woman, a girl learning to love herself, and so much more self discovery I feel we all could use and it's so important to see more of. I want Leila to be a reflection of all of us- just trying to figure it out.
So, so with that in mind- don't be too discouraged nothing more is here yet, it will come. In the meantime if there are certain things you wanna see out of this book, let me know. Plot ideas, SHIP ideas, things from the show you want me to make sure I include- you name it. I got you.
All the love!
