She walked out on the stage with the rest of team pay back, "today we have are new member! The mimic." Solider boy smiled as she walked in the stage with the rest of team payback, she smiled at the crowd as they yelled her name, Solider boy saw how she seemed nervous around crowds and he grabbed her hand, and lifted it in the air, she looks up at him and they smile at eachother...that was only the start of this...

After all that, The Team all went back to their respected rooms, she ripped off her outfit and sat on the couch in her room, when she heard a knock on the door, "it's open!" She yells putting out her joint, as the door opens, "you know you shouldn't smoke that stuff."
"Has anyone ever told you, you sound like a jackass Solider boy." She tells him and you could hear a faint chuckle from the usually grumpy man, "you can call me Ben."
"Erica." she say and sits down on her couch, she looks at the man, "you know you can sit down Ben we can hang out and be friends."
"ive never had friends before most people are afraid of me."
"yeah im not most people, so tell me about Ben not solider boy not americas face, Ben."
"I'll tell you about Ben if you tell me about Erica." "its deal if."
"oh god of course there's a but." Erica chuckled handing Ben the joint, "you pull the stick out of your ass." He smiles at her and hits the joint, "you know we could get fired for this, this is illegal."
"Ben stick out of your ass relax they dont care and they care about me nobody has." Erica stood up and started ranting, "you know things around kinda stuck like you wanna tell me that were supposed to not be normal, all ive wanted since I was kid was be able to help people and I thought maybe maybe my powers would let me do that but I dont all we do is stand around for fucking photo shoots!" Ben couldnt help but smile as he watched Erica pace around her apartment, he loved watching her rant, if he was gonna be honest he just wanted to be here with her all day, she stopped pacing and looked at Ben, "sorry," she said looking at the floor, he shook his head, "its ok tell me more about your powers." She smiles and sits on the floor in front of him, "im sure you know the basic of what I can do." He smiles and nods just happy to watch her talk, "well besides copying other supes powers I also get their weakness, I can only copy one supe at a time but unlike the rest of the supes ive run into I can't age for some reason when I was given the serum I was 23 my father tested it on me treated me like a lab rat," she said while picking at her fingers, she was unsure why she just told him that but was glad she finally told someone what her father did to her. Ben moved down to floor and slowly wrapped her in a hug, "ive got you Erica you are safe here."

A few weeks later, Ben and Erica had gotten really close and Countess acted jealous but deep down she didnt care, she never loved him and she could tell he didnt love her even if he might say that he does, Swatto walked over to Countess, "they look happy," he tells her and she rolls her eyes, "thats what he does he's a manipulator she's going to think she loves him but she cant, Solider Boy doesn't love anyone." Erica chuckled at Ben as they trained, she looked up as Ben was on top of her, "you know if you wanted to be on top you just had to ask, Soldier boy," she teased using her strength to then pin Soldier boy to the mat, "I hate you," he said in an annoyed tone, "I know solider boy, so you wanna being beat by a girl. thats gonna hurt your ego," she says getting up and putting a hand out to help him help, Ben rolls his eyes and swats her hand away. "aww don't be a baby soldier boy," she smiles as he gets up, "aww did Solider boy get beat by a girl." "shut it gunpowder." Mimic laughs and if you looked closely you could see Ben hiding a smile as she smiles and laughs with the team.

a few years before solider boys "death"... "today we are here with solider boy and the mimic," Ben grabbed her hand and Erica forced a smile at the camera she really hated being at these interviews, "you soldier boy, Mimic you two are close and the people would like to know are you two together," the interview ask and Solider boy looks at the girl to his left, "yes after my breakup with Crimson about 2 years ago, Mimic was always there for me and honestly ive been happy so we are together." Mimic smiles at Ben, "yes we are dating and I cant wait to see what the rest of are lives are like together." She looks at the camera, "what is like dating your team leader?" "honestly its really easy ive tired dating normal people before its just never worked out." "solider boy?" he looked at the interview after watching her answer, "yeah its just easy when she and I have spent days, to many hours together that things like this just kinda happen." he says and the interview, "well we are out of time, it was great seeing you both again." Erica smiled and let go of Solider boy's hand, "Mimic are you ok?" She nods and bites her nails, Ben walks over to her and she backs away, "I have to go im sorry." She runs out and Ben takes a minute trying to figure out why she left.

Erica stood outside picking at her nails, not trying to think about everything that just happened, even before she joined Payback, "mimic!" it seemed everyone was screaming at her, "no guys please back up I need some space," she tells the group, "can I have your autograph and you and solider boy are so cute together!" Mimic tries to back away from the group, "come on please," they beg, "she said back up," the deep voice came behind her and the group backs and Mimic looks behind her, Solider Boy hugs her, "ive got you," he whispers into her ear, she slowly wraps her arms around him, "thank you." the group leaves, "alright lets get you home." He whispers into her ear and she nods. "what happened?" he asked her, "long story ill explain when we get back home." he nods and she smiles as they walk.

a couple of months later, Erica and Ben were training and Ben was annoyed, "how are you beating me?" he ask her as she was on top of him and she chuckles, "anything you can do I can do better baby," she teases and Ben rolls his eyes, "I know, but you know we should try this in the bed room." Erica rolls her eyes and helps Ben ups as the rest of the payback team walks, "Alright Mimic, you wanna go," Crimson says and Erica chuckles at the girl, as they trained, Crimson pinned her to the floor and leaned down whispering into her ear, "you dont have to be with him I can help you." Erica visibly rolled her eyes and kneed Crimson in the stomach, "I can handle myself and im the one you should be afraid of." She smiled placing her hands together as Crimson does when she uses her powers, "Mimic dont," Ben says and Erica stops and looks at her boyfriend, "we need to talk about the next mission." Ben says to the group and Crimson walks over to the other members of Payback as they whispered to eachother. The mimic looked at the team wondering why they were whispering to eachother, "Guys!" She yelled to gain the groups attention and they look at her and Ben. "do you wanna loop the rest of us in? or I do need beat to y'all in a fight." "its nothing," Crimson says and Erica roll her eyes, "Soldier boy, Mimic your both needed outside." Stan yelled and Ben smiled leading Erica out of training room. Crimson looks at the rest of the team, "we need her if this plan is gonna work." "no we dont," Noir said annoyed, "she's to loyal to him." "she's scared thats different then being loyal." "she seems happy they seem happy," the TNT twins say at the same time, "if were gonna do this she cant know to sell it her reaction would sell it if we dont tell her."

Ben and Erica sat in a back of a car, "I cant believe that just happened." Ben says holding Erica's hand rubbing her ring, "yeah did we just get married?" "yeah on nationally television." She smirks and pushes ben onto his back, "lock the doors," he whispers and she does, Ben's rough hands under her shirt around her waist gently pulling her down as she removes her shirt then she runs her hands under Ben's shirt taking it off they kissed eachother as it was rough, "hey baby," ben says in a sexy tone as they finished, she puts her shirt back on and Ben chuckles running hand down her back as the shirt goes on. "I love you Erica." he whispers into her ear in the tone and she bites her bottom lip, "I love you too, Ben," she whispers back. Then Stan gets in the car, "did you two have fun?" he ask the new married couple. "Solider boy shirt." Erica tells him and he puts it on. "you two will be the new face of our new film red thunder." Erica rolls her eyes and get out of the car she went inside with Ben not far behind.
