       We walked for about thirty minutes and came across a glider. Ben's glider.

I looked around but didn't see any signs anyones been here in a while.

' hey you guys.' udeskie called.

I ran over and they found mom's camera. Udeskie put batteryis in it and played a video from the day they went missing.

  I tried not to but I couldn't help but cry whenever Eric's face would pop up on the screen. I felt Billy hold onto my hand.

the video cut off and I went over to help Billy and Dr. Grant get the hangglider down. As soon as we pulled a skeleton fell down on top of mom.

She started screaming and struggleing to get out of the strings.

' Ben.' I say staring at the corpse.

She ran off, Dad chased after her.

I crouched down and help Billy fold the glider.

' Sorry about your friend.' Dr. Grant said.

' No, he wasn't my friend, I barely knew him I've always been traveling or busy whenever he would come around.' I said, I looked up at him. ' how much did they promise you.'

Dr. Grant shook his head ' 20K each.'

I laughed sarcastically, knowing my parents couldn't even pay that even if Dad sold his buisness.

' Dr. Grant your gonna wanna see this.' Dad called.

I looked up at Billy, ' I'll pay you guys when I get home.'

' Nah, don't worry about it let's just get off this goddamn island.' he said.

I smiled and we got up to meet with the others. when we got to them I saw raptor egg's everywhere.

' Uh-Oh.' I whispered.

I stayed ahead of everybody for a little while thinking about Eric.

FLASHBACK.

' Eric stop.' I yelled.

' Why, why should I mom and dad split up and you hide away they have to hire random people or leave me with their friends to watch me, when you always did that, why do you always have to leave.' he yelled.

' Eric I have a life too you know a job, I cant bend to your every will.'

' YOU PROMISED YOU WOULD ALWAYS BE THERE, I'VE NEEDED YOU AND YOU WERENT THERE YOU SAID YOU'D ALWAYS BE THERE.'

'ERIC PLEASE STOP I CAN-' I swung around and accidentally pushed Eric not realizing he was there.

He lost his balance and fell down 9 stairs onto the pavement on the backyard ground.

'ERIC!!!'

END OF FLASHBACK.

' Are you ok.' Billy asked.

I jumped and turned to him.

he shook his head and cut me off before I was able to say anything, ' Don't wory im sure he's fine and what happened wasn't your fault.'

I looked at him shocked the only person who could read me like that was Eric.

' The only person who could read me like you just did was Eric.' I said, Billy put his arm around me.

We came to the edge of this hill and saw this abandoned facility down the way. It was about an hours walk from here.

' Ill bet your Eric's in there, i'll bet my bottom dollar.' Dad said going down the hill.

' Dad be careful this hill is very steep, there's a lot of rocks, and vines to trip over.' I said.

' so what do you Suggest we do.' Udesky asked.

' Crawl but becareful of your step.' I say getting on the ground and crawling backwards down.

We were almost to the bottom when I Noticed Billy was about to slip on a loose rock.

' Billy don't step there!.' I said, but was to late he stepped on it and I pushed him over to a sturdy vine causing myself to slip in the process.

' AMELIA.' Billy called.

I fell and scraped my side on a sharp rock.

I must have blacked out because when I opened my eye's we were in an old room full of vines and stuff, and I was on Billy's back.

   He had one arm under my butt, and his other hand was holding my wrists Infront of him.

' Billy.' I said. he turned his head and smiled.

' Hey I thought I might lose you.' He said, with a sense of fear and sadness in his eye's.

' Im to cool to die.' i say, and he laughed.

' You are truly astonishing Amelia Kirby.' Dr. Grant says.

' Oh yeah, and what may i ask is so astonishing.'

' You have been through this island two times, faced things most people couldn't even imagine, come close to death and still you manage to keep together.' he explains, ' most people would have broken apart and depend on others for survival.' he nods towards my parents, and i ilaugh.

' Yeah i guess im not easy to break.' i say.

' oh, i'll let you down now, just go easy you have a pretty nasty scraped on your side.' Billy said starting to put me down.

   It took me a few minutes to regain my balance standing straight but Billy helped me get back to norm.

That's when Mom screamed and we saw the raptor.

Billy pulled me Infront of him and we ran. we ran into this room full of cages. Billy and i ran into a cage but we couldn't close the door in time and the raptor pushed the door back and pinned us between the door and the wall.

  The raptor then looked up and saw an opening at the top and started to climb the door.

' Push Push,' i yell when the raptor feet are no longer on the ground.

we pinned the Raptor and ran out as fast as we could. We ran into a field through a heard, and stirred them up.

  I fell over and almost got trampled on until Billy came over and pickes me up and we ran into the forest. i was still running when Billy pulled me against him and a Raptor ran up behind the tree.

Billy tightened his grip on me as we waited for the Raptor to leave.

When the Raptor finally left Billy helped me climb the tree.

'Mr. Kirby!' Billy yelled. i looked over and saw my parents.

' Amelia.' Mom called.

' Im ok' i called back.

Billy went over to my parents and i just stayed where i was. i didn't want to admit it but my side really hurt.

i kinda spaced out until i heard mom Screaming. she was dangleing down from the tree limb and the Raptors werejumping up to try and get her.

'MOM.'

Dad and Billy were able to get her back up and away from them.

Billy came over saying he had no idea where Dr. Grant was.

' i feel so guilty.' he said.

' Because of what you hid in that camera bag.' i asked eat an old pack of M'NM'S Billy had gotten out of a vending machine.

he looked at me shocked ' h-h-how d-did you-'

I rolled my eye's ' Billy i saw them, look i don't hate you i know you did it with good intentions but when we get them back you need to lay them out and leave them before someone else dies, or badly hurt.'

He looks at my side.

i know the guilt he feels i felt it when i got Eric hurt. i scooched over, wrapped my arms around his waist and layed my head on his chest and fell asleep.
