Foolish x Vegetta - The Attack

(For Leo I'm going to be using they/them pronouns but referring to them as daughter. Just clearing things up if it confuses anyone.)

(Third Person)

Foolish and Vegetta were sitting by the fireplace after working on their latest build, which they were going to surprise Leo with. They had been working for hours so they decided to take a break while Leo went through photos in their room. They sat quietly as Foolish looked at the small flames from the fire and Vegetta admired him as the light flickered on his face. 

"Ah, Foolish, I have an idea." Vegetta had a nice thought come to mind. 

"Yes. What is it?"

"We could have a picnic by the river," He suggested, "Consider it a date!" A loving smile overcame his face. 

"I would love that, but what about Leo? We can't leave them alone." Foolish asked.

"Oh no worries mi amor, they can come with us. I'm sure Leonarda would love the... scenery." He said trying to think of the right words. 

"Great!" Foolish smiled, "I'll go tell them and then change out of these clothes, they're still sweaty from earlier." He got up and went to Leo's room. 

Vegetta watched as his beloved walked away to their daughter's room. He looked in awe as he realized how lucky he was to have someone so great in his life. Once Foolish left he got up to change out of his clothes as well. He didn't put on anything fancy just some casual clothes, he checked up on Foolish and Leo and saw him helping them pick an outfit. 

"Hola my loves, should I make us sandwiches or would you like anything specific?" He asked warmheartedly walking into Leo's room.

"Sandwiches would be great, what would you want?" He asked Leo.

"SANDWICH!" They ran up to Vegetta, "Dad, which shirt looks better!" They held up a band shirt and a patterned shirt.

"I think that band one looks nice, it-" He was cut off.

"Ok, thanks! See you in a second!" They pushed both Vegetta and Foolish out of the room. 

"Oh my, they seem excited." Vegetta giggled, "I'm going to go make the sandwiches now." He kissed Foolish on the cheek before going to the kitchen.

"Ok, I'll wait for Leo then meet you down there." 

Vegetta made it to the kitchen and started preparing the best sandwiches he could make. As he placed love and care into each one he started humming to himself, and once he placed the final touches, he put all of them into a lunchbox and then waited for Foolish and Leo.

He didn't wait long, and they soon found themselves outside and almost to the river where Foolish placed down a blanket, and Vegetta got the food out. Leo was running around looking for a good place to take a picture together. Foolish sat down and watched as Leo enjoyed themselves. 

"There we go, Leo, come eat," Vegetta called out.

"Okay, coming!" They ran back and sat down in between the both of them.

They ate their sandwiches as they talked and watched the fish swim around in the water. Leo quickly finished their food and grabbed the camera. 

"I want to take a picture of you guys! Say cheese!!" They went in front of the blanket and took the picture, Leo waited for the photo to appear before showing it to their dads, "Look! It came out perfect."

"It looks lovely Leo, you're like our little paparazzi." Foolish chuckled, "Here, let me get a picture of you two now." Foolish grabbed the camera and stood up.
