"There you both are. Did you speak with my uncle Sarah?" Sebastian says as Alexis and Sarah meet him in the Undercroft.

"I wish I had better news about your uncle and Anne." Sarah says.

"Well what did he say?" Sebastian asks.

"What happened? Did something come up after I left?" Alexis asks curiously.

"Sarah and I went to Feldcroft after you left. I had to use Imperio to protect Anne from a goblin." Sebastian says.

"And as a result I'm afraid he wants you nowhere near Feldcroft or Anne." Sarah says.

"You used another dark magic spell?" Alexis asks as she looks at Sebastian curiously.

"I had to stop that gobbling from killing my sister! He has no right to banish me from my own town! If he thinks banishing me means I'm going to give up on saving Anne he's sorely mistaken." Sebastian says angrily as Alexis looks at him in surprise.

"He also said he cannot excuse the use of Dark Magic in any form. If he hears of us using it he will go straight to Professor Black." Sarah says.

"That isn't good. We could be expelled if he does that." Alexis says.

"That relic Dark Magic or not is the key to saving Anne. To reverse that curse. I will not lose Anne for good. I'll send the crest to Anne. She'll know we need to meet." Sebastian says.

"I'm not sure we follow Sebastian." Alexis says.

"Nothing. Just a thought. I'm determined now more than ever to find out what power that relic has." Sebastian says.

"Very well then. Let us know what you find." Sarah says.

"I will. Watch for my owl. Both of you." Sebastian says.

"We will." Alexis says as she and Sarah leave.

*Timeskip*

"Sebastian we came as soon as we could." Sarah says as she and Alexis meet Sebastian outside of a mine.

"Good. I've been so preoccupied with what happened with Ominis in the catacomb and by my uncle's reaction that I almost forgotten what struck me about the triptych. This is the view that was painted on the canvas that was left in it." Sebastian says.

"That's incredible. You know this area well." Sarah says.

"And while I was waiting for you two I scouted around. I discovered a mine nearby surrounded by Lanrok's loyalists." Sebastian says.

"Loyalists? Again? Doesn't that seem a little I don't know... Unwise?" Alexis asks.

"I know it's a little dangerous but I think there's a connection to that mine and the triptych. Plus they're searching it so I know there must be something in there. Perhaps something that will aid us." Sebastian says.

"I don't know Sebastian. I mean the loyalists are dangerous for a reason. Maybe we should leave this alone like Ominis said." Alexis says nervously before Sebastian.

"Alexis I know what I'm doing. Ominis just tends to worry over nothing a lot." Sebastian says as Alexis looks down slightly and nods reluctantly in agreement.

"Well either way if we're going in that line it would be wise to avoid detection as much as possible. Alexis is right about them being dangerous. Let's not start a fight if we can avoid it. So let's sneak in, find out what we can and then get back out quickly." Sarah says.

"Right." Sebastian says as the group gets moving.

*Timeskip*

"This place was closed after accident reports. I can see why." Sebastian says as the group is making their way through the mine.

"Oh that's not reassuring." Alexis says nervously as she is walking in wolf form.

"Will you relax? You're starting to sound like Ominis. It'll be fine." Sebastian says.

"Well pardon me if Ominis makes some good points given his knowledge of Dark Magic." Alexis says annoyedly.

"I agree with Sebastian. So far it's been alright. No reason to worry for now. Apart from the giant spiders crawling all over the place." Sarah says.

"Please don't say that. I don't like spiders and I don't wanna think about running into any in here." Alexis says as she shudders at the thought.

"What's the matter Alexis? Don't like spiders?" Sebastian asks as he chuckles.

"No I do not. Especially not giant ones. Ugh. And that only makes me side with Ominis more." Alexis says.

"Don't start Alexis. Ominis is bad enough." Sebastian says as Alexis rolls her eyes at him before the group arrives in a cavern.

"This looks promising. Everyone start looking around." Sarah says.

"You two go ahead. I'm gonna stay by the entrance and make sure no unwanted guests drop in on us. Call for me if you find something." Alexis says as she stays by the entrance.

"Alexis we found something. Come here." Sebastian says.

"What did you find?" Alexis asks as she goes over to Sebastian and Sarah.

"We found a canvas piece. We think Isadora was here and another Keeper might be involved somehow." Sarah says.

"We're leaving to head back to Hogwarts so we can take the canvas piece we found back to the triptych." Sebastian says.

"Alright but I'm not going back to the Undercroft with you once we get back." Alexis says a she pins her ears back.

"What do you mean?" Sebastian asks as Alexis sighs.

"I think Ominis is correct. I've been thinking and I don't wish to help any further. I'm sorry but I agree with Ominis that this may end badly and I'm not sure I feel comfortable taking this any further." Alexis says.

"You to huh?" Sebastian asks as he gives an annoyed look.

"I'm sorry Sebastian." Alexis says.

"Yeah. Me too. For thinking you would stand by me. Leave if you want but I'm not stopping." Sebastian says sternly before he walks away.

"I'll talk to him Alexis. Don't worry." Sarah says as Alexis looks at her.

"It's alright Sarah. I'm heading back to the castle to find Ominis and speak with him. Just keep an eye on Sebastian please. Make sure he doesn't get hurt." Alexis says as she sighs before running off.
