"can i get you anything else"? the person over the speaker said. "can i get two six piece spicy nuggets please and thats all" i said. "okay thatll be 19.73 at the next window" the person behind the speaker said. Evie was going through her bag and got her wallet. why is she doing that. she pulled out a 20 and handed it to me. "oh no Evie im paying" i said kinda laughing. she's adorable. "oh are you sure i can pay ari" she said "no anytime your with me you wont be paying for anything" i said to her. i pulled up to the next window and payed. we pull up to the next window after that and the guy hands me our food and looks at me.

oh no please dont make a scene. "omg dude" he says. i just look at him and motion my head to Evie and he got the memo. he took out his phone "bro i havent seen you ina while can i get a picture" he said trying to play it off. someone called Evie so it was perfect she probably wasn't gonna remember or ask me about it i would hate to lie to her. we took a pic and i drove outta the drive way and down jefferson.

"do you wanna go to your place Evie"? i ask. "uh yeah we can go to my house" she said. "okay mama" i say and drive to Evies place. we're five minutes away and she puts a fry up to my mouth and giggles.

Evies pov:

i stick a fry up to aris face and laugh. he gives me a side eye and takes a bite and he goes for a second bite and pretends to bite my finger and i pull my hand away. he laughs and were at my house already. we take all the food inside and my bag. im surprised ari doesnt have a bag to carry all his things i mean hes worn cargo shorts pretty much every time i've seen him so he can just stuff everything in his pants. we get up to my door and i scramble in my bag looking for my keys. i find them and unlock the door.

we both walk in and ari looks around and goes to put the food on the coffee table. "do you wanna eat on the couch or kitchen table" he asks "couch is better to be honest " i say. i go to sit down next to ari and he shoves a fry to my mouth i doe my eyes at him and open my mouth and stick my tongue out just a small bit and he just stares. "no fry for me" i ask as i fake pout. "oh oh yeah" he says kinda flustered if you ask me and he puts the fry in my mouth.
