Abbie walked over to her desk. Her pencil case and laptop slammed against the wood of the table as she sat down behind it. Her friend Bella sat down next to her.
"I heard there is a new teacher today. Mr. Cuchi is retiring soon so we are getting to know the new teacher before he officially starts". Abbie leaned over to whisper something in Bella's ear when the door slams open. "Oh oops". A deep voice coming from that direction.
He was so handsome. Normally Abbie wouldn't crush on just anyone but she felt an instant connection. She needed to know him. Needed to be close. She didn't even know his name.
He walked up to sit behind his desk. As he sat down his eyes drifted towards Abbie. They stared at each other for a little over 3 seconds but that was all Abbie needed for her imagination to run wild.
"Hello. I'm Mr. Findlaech". His name was unique. He started to talk to the class about his and Mr. Cuchi's situation but all Abbie could think of was him. His beard, gorgeous and perfectly groomed. His dark brown hair soft and parted symmetrically. And his beautiful brown eyes that she noticed kept landing on her.
She couldn't help but notice him fiddling with his hands a lot. Maybe he was nervous. I mean he could be nervous about this being his first class but he seemed pretty experienced and not too young, maybe in his late twenties.
"This is the second school I've worked at, my wife is a nurse and I have no children" the kids in front of Abbie must have asked him about himself. Abbie felt the tiniest disappointed. He had a wife, he was married. Abbie didn't think anything could happen between them anyway.
She tried to ignore the constant looks and check ups he gave her and focused on her work. Next thing she knows the bell rings to go to last period. So close then she could go home. She wouldn't have to see her hot teacher and fantasize about all the things they could do together.
As Abbie packed all her stuff and prepared to leave she heard his voice. "Abbie, is it?" Abbie looked up and saw that everybody else had already left the room. It was just them. He was looking straight at her and was holding eye contact.
Mr. Findlaech moved closer to her till they were 2 metres apart. He was so tall Abbie had to tilt her head up. His arms were muscular as you could see through the t-shirt. He works out. Abbie realised she hadn't said a word yet.
"Yes it is sir" Abbie said with as much confidence as she could give off to avoid the fact that she had been imaging all the things that could happen between them during the lesson. He leaned over so his mouth was close to her ear.
"You can call me Macbeth" he whispered. Abbie had chills running down her spine.
