A/N: I'm sorry for not updating guys, I just haven't been my best these past few months. But i'm finally getting back on track and i'm going to continue making this story.
The two walked by each other out of the parking lot, the two were silent as they were walking, but it wasn't uncomfortable, it was quite peaceful to be honest. The two were just enjoying the silence being provided until Aye decided to break the silence.
"It's just near here so we won't get tired walking." Aye said walking side to side by Akk who just nodded in response.
Akk was walking peacefully when he suddenly felt strange. He held his head, feeling dizzy. Akk looked forward and saw things were blurry, his head was aching and there was a ringing in his ear. Aye, sensing the other seemed off, looked at Akk who had blood bleeding from his nose.
Panicked upon seeing the other's physical state, Aye stopped the other from walking and asked Akk to sit down somewhere while searching for a piece of cloth from his bag.
"What are you doing?" Akk asked Aye.
"What does it look like i'm doing? I'm getting some cloth to catch the blood." Replied the other.
Right after they were done talking, Akk's phone buzzed. He checked it but didn't open it, he just rolled his eyes at the message. Aye, noticing the other's irritated face, handed him a napkin and decided to joke with him.
"You look like you got a text from an annoying ex." Aye said to Akk which earned him a smack from the latter. Akk just put his phone back into his pocket and held the napkin to his bleeding nose. Ayan shook his head but asked,
"But seriously, who was that?" To which Akk responded with,
"It's just one of my friends, they've been calling me all day and everytime I answer and ask why they're calling they'll "no reason" like that".
Aye just nodded his head with his mouth open, understanding. Akk then stood up and told Aye that they should go inside the shop and the latter agreed, although he was still worried about Akk's nosebleed. As the two walked into the shop, they felt a cool wave coming from the Ac.
"Dang, the ac feels good." Akk said, feeling refreshened. Aye smiled at him and went to the counter, asking Akk which flavor he wanted, Akk got the cookies and cream and Aye got the cookie dough flavor. The shop was also selling coffee so the two got an iced americano.
The pair went outside and walked to Akk's dorm, conversing from time to time. Both of them were happy that the other was having a better situation with them. They finally reached the Akk's dorm, and both bid the other a see you later. As Akk opened the door, He saw a familiar figure on his bed, it was Gram. Akk raised an eyebrow at him, they were only one and a half year apart.
"Why weren't you answering your phone?" Gram asked, standing up. Akk stood there in silence before closing the door, not answering his friend's question until he took off his blazer.
"It was on silent." The younger lied with a nonchalant expression etched on his face, not facing the other as he hanged his blazer on the balcony. It was as if the mood suddenly shifted, from a lighthearted happiness to a silent tension filling up the room.
"Look, Yok, Gumpa's called us for a meeting back at the garage. Get changed and we'll meet the others."
Gram said after a sigh, leaning against the entrance to the balcony as he watched Akk hang his clothes. Akk nodded and said no further words, changing his clothes in the bathroom, not minding the silence between them. After Akk had changed into a white tshirt and baggy jeans, the pair went their way.
As the two were riding Grams motorbike on the way to the garage, Gram couldn't help his curiosity and asked all of a sudden.
"Have you seen my camera? The one on my table in my room at the garage?"
Akk shook his head, his arms wrapped around Gram's waist tightening as the older sped up his motor to get there quicker. Akk furrowed his eyebrows for a moment before regaining composure.
"No, why would I want your camera?" Akk asked honestly, although he wasn't really expecting a response. Gram just shrugged and stayed silent, focusing on the road. After a few minutes, the pair finally reached the garage, only to be met with the sound of arguing.
"You act as if you're better than everyone else!"
"As if you don't?!"
Gram sighed and walked towards them, since this was a daily thing for Sean and Black to do, it would honestly be more concerning if they got along rather than fought.
"Stop it, you two." Gumpa said firmly, although he didn't yell, there was obvious threat in his voice. The two stopped fighting with a huff of annoyqmce, rolling their eyes and sitting on opposite sides of the couch.
Gumpa saw the pair walking towards them, giving a silent nod for them to sit. As the two down on the other couch, Gumpa spoke up.
"So, tommorow's out go for the Tawi mission. Sean, you're sure no one will pass by?"
Sean nodded in certainty, leaning against the couch comfortably. He ran a hand through his hair as he looked at Gumpa.
"I've been monitoring the place and no one really goes inside of it, things will ve fine."
Akk stood up and went to his repair corner, taking out the gasoline hidden behind the tires. He held it with a smug expression on his face, his smile and eyes filled with mischief.
"Got it."
Gumpa let out a sigh of relief, a small smile tugging his lips while muttering out an 'alright'. While Gumpa was checking through the plan, Akk sat down, spacing out slightly as he was bored.
After the thorough discussion, the latter stretched his arms. He got up happily, clapping his hands together, looking at the others.
"Anyone up for drinks?" He asked while everyone except Black muttered out some yeah's and chuckled slightly, agreeing to let themselves ease some tension before the mission. Yok went to get some alcohol in their fridge, bringing it to the table and lettibg themselves get drunk.
