Frost Queen's food problem

Third person POVChernobyl finally got to Black Dragonfish's house. They knocked on the door and patiently waited for Black Dragonfish Cookie to let them in. As they waited, they thought about everything that had happened with their family. They thought that their father was a good guy; they thought that he was the best person in the world, but now they didn't know what to think; they just couldn't understand why their father would want to do something like this to anyone. From what they were seeing, it wasn't happening to anyone but Sugary Yogurt Cookie. Other than that, he was nice to everyone; even some of the people that worked for him saw him as if he were their family, and he would never try to intentionally hurt anyone. They feel like there might be a deeper reason for it, but they can't understand what it could possibly be as they were lost in thought and were broken out of it by Black Dragonfish trying to get their attention.Black Dragonfish Cookie: "Hello, Earth, to Chernobyl; are you there?"Chernobyl Dragon Cookie: "Oh, sorry, I was just thinking."Black Dragonfish Cookie: "Whatever, come on, let's go to the living room; we can't talk out here."Chernobyl Dragon Cookie: "Can we walk and talk? I really needed to know what's going on."Black Dragonfish Cookie: "All right, let's go."Chernobyl and Black Dragonfish start to walk to the living room as Chernobyl starts to speak.Chernobyl Dragon Cookie: Dragonfish, why does everyone hate Sugary Yogurt Cookie?"Black Dragonfish Cookie: "You know why Chernobyl is evil; she always has been. Just a couple of months ago, she kidnapped you. Do you not remember?"Chernobyl Dragon Cookie: "She's not evil; she just has a lot of mental stuff going on right now, and it was because we had hurt her."Black Dragonfish Cookie: "She is evil. Dad could barely trust her around us because he knew that she would eventually do something like this. That girl is a fucking psychopath. I don't understand why you feel so sorry for her. She's dangerous."Chernobyl Dragon Cookie: "She's not a psychopath; she's struggling with trauma from us; why can't you understand that?"Black Dragonfish Cookie: "How could you even be sure that she even knows what trauma is? She's so mentally fucked up that I'm surprised that she can even function at all."Chernobyl Dragon Cookie: "I don't understand why you're acting like this; she's supposed to be our sister."Black Dragonfish Cookie: "She is not supposed to be our sister; she was never supposed to be our sister; she is a crazy psychopath who wants to hurt people and deserves to be locked up in a mental hospital; she's not traumatized; she's deluded."Chernobyl Dragon Cookie: "She is not deluded looking back on everything now that we have been abusing her and she never had anyone to help her. She's probably been living in absolute fear for years because of us, and now because of everything she has, including an eating disorder, she can't even be alone because she's not in a mental state where everyone doesn't think that she won't hurt anyone else or herself. I know what she did to me was wrong, but what she did to me is probably how she felt for all these years."Black Dragonfish Cookie: "Well, if she's been so abused by us, then I want you to tell me what we've done to her that was so wrong."Chernobyl Dragon Cookie: "Well, when I was younger, before you and the others were born, dad would tell me to do or say things to her that would scare her just to make her upset for no reason, and I also realized that she never ate a lot either, and at first I thought it was because she was just like that, but now I realize that Dad would just let her starve for days and only give her enough food just so she could stay alive so we could continue abusing her, and I am also realizing how rough a lot of us have been with her because of how malnourished she was, which probably put her in a lot of pain. I just don't understand why any of us did all of this to her and how I didn't realize it sooner."Black Dragonfish Cookie: "So what if that psycho was lower than dirt? She deserved it."Chernobyl Dragon Cookie: "She did not deserve it, and I don't like what you're saying about her either; maybe you don't care about her and you're still upset about what she did to me, but I do care about her, and I want her to be happy, and if you care about me, you would at least try to not say things like this about her."Black Dragonfish Cookie: Chernobyl, you know I care about you, and you know I want you to be safe, and being around her is not safe. You don't have to feel bad for her or do anything for her, and you shouldn't feel like you have to."Chernobyl Dragon Cookie: "But I do have to. I've been oblivious to all the bad things I've been doing to her, and I feel bad because I feel like she's been a good sister to me, even though she doesn't feel that I have been a good sibling to her. I just want my family to feel like home again. Ever since mom died, things have just been falling apart, and now because of all of this, it feels like it's happening quicker than it ever has before. I just want everything to be okay. None of you have to have a relationship with each other, but I don't want everyone on the verge of killing each other either. I want everyone to be civil with each other to keep the peace, so I can make it up to her for being a bad sibling. It's what Mom would have wanted."Black Dragonfish Cookie: "I don't want you to be around her, but you are right; mom would want this for us, but even still, I just can't shake the feeling that she'll try something again."Chernobyl Dragon Cookie: "She's not going to do anything to anyone; she's being taken care of by trusted cookies that she knows, and because of the kidnapping incident, she's not allowed to be alone, and she seems like she's doing okay if she can be right now, so the chances of anything like that happening again are low; you don't need to worry about it."Black Dragonfish Cookie: "If it's true, then you need to promise me that if you ever go see her again, you are going to be safe."Chernobyl Dragon Cookie: "I promise the next time I see her, I'll be as careful and safe as possible."Chernobyl hugged dragonfish, and they hugged back their anxiety slowly flowing out of their bodies, knowing their older sibling would never break a promise to anyone, but they still held on to some fear, knowing how Chernobyl was, but they knew nothing they would say would change their mind, and they wanted to support their sibling even if it was for a decision that they thought might not be the safest, but they're adults, so all they can really do is let them make this choice for themselves. For the rest of the days that Chernobyl told their father they would be there, the two spent time together after not being able to have a lot of time together since the kidnapping incident, as they both knew that if their dad found out about what Chernobyl was doing, all hell would break loose, so they wanted to get away from their family problems. Well, they still had the chance.
