Chapter 1 : By my side

Hey my name is Kelli Jamaica (pronounced Ha-My-Ca) Smith

I'm 18 years old and I live on Long Island in New York with my Dad , step mom and my step brother. I fucking hate my step mom. I

know that's a bit too strong but she for real gets on my nerves and my dad started getting desperate after my mom died in a car

accident so he decided to marry and have a kid with her thot ass. Now he sticks up for her when she says I do something wrong and

treats her like queen leaving me with nothing. The only thing I actually have to make me happy is my 5 year old step brother. His

name is Daniel and he's 5 years old. He calls me mommy sometimes because his mom neglects him...

Anyway enough about my fam, let's get to the juicy stuff.

Now imma describe how I look like lol.

I'm 5'5 (tall for a girl) caramel complexion and the perfect body (that's what my friend says) I have long dark brown hair and dark

brown eyes.

I go to Baldwin high school with my bestie 4eva Diamond.

Diamond is a little thick with medium sized red hair and her skin is a bit lighter than mine. She's 5'3 and has hazel eyes.

Now that the descriptions are done lets hop into the story...

Kelli's POV

(7:20 am) I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock and flicked the alarm on/off button to off as I got up and stretched.

"good morning Kelli, let's get dressed in ready for hell -.-"

I went over to my closet and stroked my chin as I looked at the choices I had of clothes.

I went to the very back and found my black clothes and took out my black skinny jeans and a "coco made me do it" shirt and pulled a

pink sweater. I knelt down and picked out a pair of pink and grey Jordans. I layer them on my twin sized bed and walked into the

bathroom to see my dad and my step mom making out.

"UM HELLOOOO I GOT TO GET READY TO GO TO SCHOOL SO IF Y'ALL TWO DONT MIND CAN I USE THE SHOWER!?!?!?!" I

yelled getting real annoyed.

They pulled away from each other and stared at me like I had 2 heads.

"What did you just say?" they both said in unison.

"ugh... Can I please take a shower?"

The both rolled their eyes and walked out rolling their eyes like little kids.

I hopped in the shower and turned on the water singing favorite song Ayo.

When I was done I hopped out of the shower and wrapped my body in a towel. I lotions my legs and got dressed.

Since the school is walking distance I took 2 granola bars and headed to Diamond's house.

I knocked on the door and a stunning looking Diamond opened the door.

"Hey Kel." she said in a really low voice.

"Diamond whats wrong with you?"

"Nothing just a lil sleepy that's..." she paused and zoned out focusing on something behind me.

By the time I looked she was already back.

"Um... Forget what I was gonna say let's head out.

At school

Diamond's POV

Kelli and I arrived at school at 8:00 and school starts at 8:20 so we decided to roam the hallways.

We stopped in the gym and sat on the floor. My phone was almost dead so I hooked it up against the wall was looked around and Kelli

texted away on her phone.

As I was looking around I saw the guy I was looking at when Kelli arrived at my house.

I guess he saw me looking at him because he came over and started to talk to me.

Unknown- Hey I saw you lookin at me...

Diamond- Nonono I was just-

Unknown- Haha I'm-

Unknown Girl- Um babe c'mon the bell for school to start bout to ring. I'm sure your little "friend can talk with you later.

The girl tugged on his arm and he pulled it free. He took a piece of paper and wrote his number down. He mouthed the words "call

me" and said to the girl "I'm not your babe... But I need to get to class." he walked away from her and she sashayed behind him.

Kelli- damn he was fine asf...

Diamond- whatever as if he would want either of us...

Unknown's POV

I'm Sage im 18 and I'm 5'11.

All the girls seem to cling to me but I'm not interested in most of them.

They all just thot lookin for someone to call babe. This girl I met in the gym seems nice so imma try her out but she could be thot just

like all the others. Although it doesn't hurt ME to find out.
