DAYS SINCE MISS PATTERSON AND LILY ARRIVED - 2 DAYS
I lay here in bed, Akiria cuddled up in my arms with a smile on her face. Six days have passed since we have been given the order to stop all progressive movements on Russian soil. It's been three days since I had her as my, to call her my woman and to show her the love and protection she deserves.
It's been two days since Miss Patterson and Lily came to the base. Since that day when I took on an entire advance unit of Russians and won. After I had come back from that mission I spent the rest of the day trying to explain to the two women of my experience and my past life.
It took a while for them to comprehend all of it and it also took a while for them to look me in the eyes after I had shown them my body that had been littered with scars from the past and some from the present.
I wondered what they are doing at the moment. They have been on Task Force 141, Demon Dogs, and Bravo team for answers to what makes me, me. I refused to answer any more questions from them when I had shown them my scars.
It was very much a sensitive thing for me to show them, the little things that reminded me of the weakness of my past self. That keeps reminding me of the cruelty of people no matter where you are in the world or what they are like to you.
The different battles divisions have been giving me daily reports of everything going on and it seems that after my last appearance on the battlefield, the Russians have been dormant since then. No movement and no attacks to try and take back their captured lands.
It was nice to have some peace once in a while but I know that peace won't last long, the General could contact me any day now and we would either continue with the war or just withdraw all forces, letting the lives of those that had died go to waste.
"mhmm..... Naruto-kun, what time is it?"
I was pulled from my little diary by the voice of the Uchiha woman that was cuddled up with me. I looked over at the clock and saw that it was about 9 in the morning at the moment.
"It's nine AM."
I told her, closing my book and placing it on the bedside table then wrapped my arms around my loveable cougar of a woman, burying my face in her neck to just take in her intoxicating scent.
"Wait it's nine, oh kami I overslept, I need to take Rei to the academy."
She exclaimed and I just silence her by rolling over to have me on top of her as my face stayed directly in her neck.
"I already took care of that, she's at the academy, I gave her lunch and cooked her some breakfast, took her to the academy, and answered the questions that were on her her mind."
I told my dark-haired goddess whose body relax, moving from her tense muscles and bones to just be relaxed as her hands found my hair, combing her hands through it to get rid of the knots and twists in my hair.
"Do you want breakfast, I can whip something up for us"
I asked her, taking my head from her neck and staring into those dark orbs that just show love and care in them.
"I think it's me that should be asking that Naruto, I mean you took care of Rei for me today and I just want to do something to say thank you."
Was what she replied with and I let out a laugh before placing a soft kiss on her forehead.
