It's a rainy day. Not like I could go outside anyways. Amelia and kais over. We're researching about the witch. "We could drive to the police station and see about all the people who've gone crazy?" "None of us can drive." "You have your permit-" "I also got shot in the leg." "Oh yeah-" "how about me and Kai go? I can call my girlfriend and she can drive us and you can rest till your leg gets better?" I glare over. They wouldn't be even alive without me and they wanna go to the end of town without me. But my mom did get my fudge pops that's are in the freezer and they are my favorite. "Fine." After Amelia calls her girlfriend they both tell me bye and leave.

kai pov

I get in the car with Amelia and her girlfriend. Her girlfriend has curly hair. "This is Ellie" "hi." She starts driving. She puts on a playlist on the radio. Mostly Korn, kiss, and songs I used to listen to. I stare out the window. I've never been in this part of town before. Once we get there we all get out. Ellie and Amelia share an umbrella. Oliver gave me his rain coat before we left. We all go inside and go to the front desk. "Do you have records about the people who've been arrested and what they did?" She looks at us like we are stupid. Which we are, but still. "That's private information we can't just give it to some kids." Didnt really think about that part. "Oh." We walk out "so you guys got a plan?" "There's a window in the back that goes to an office wanna break in and see if there's any files in there?" That's smart. I wish I said that. Or thought that whatever. Ellie goes and grabs lotion. "First why's that in your car second why did you get that from your car-?" "It's to side the window open and you don't wanna know." We walk to the back and put the lotion on the window. It slides open. Amelia boosts me up and I go into the window. The door handle jiggles. I quickly hide between one of the filing cabinets and the wall. Amelia and Ellie drop the window so it slams shut. Two cops walk in "we should probably do more research on that Gary kid" "why he's in jail so he can't do anything" "true I guess it doesn't matter." "But there's this festival today wanna go to it?" "Hell yeah let's go!" They both walk out and close the door.I run over and open the window. They both climb in then we go to the filing cabinet. We open it and see millions of files. Going all the way back to 1930. We look threw them. June 15th 2006. The day I was born. I open it. "Person goes insane and kills 23 people in mall then kills self is buried in the graveyard next to mall." I take pictures of all of them and send them to Oliver. There's one on his birthday too. We take the files and climb out the window. we run to the car and get in. Ellie starts driving. We seen red and blue lights, hear sirens, Ellie speeds up. We have illegal documents. We'll go to jail if they see them. She speeds fast. A deer comes out of no where Infront of the car. Ellie swerves. The car goes down a small hill into the woods only stopping from crashing into a tree. The closer we get to the answer the more we get hurt. The rough-ness of hitting into the tree makes me fly forward. I fly threw the windshield. (She was sitting in the middle of the back seat-) I feel glass in my skin. Bleeding. I turn to look at the sky. "Why.. why does the witch do this.."
