Yuma's perspective

I still wonder what has happened to me, my past self. Why did I make a contract with a death god? In exchange of my memories? Terrible move. Now I have this ghost thing haunting me-

"Hey!" Shinigami exclaimed. "Do not get me confused with some ghost! And don't forget we share the same mind and body so I can hear every thought in your head, Master!"

"Right, sorry." I apologized.

"Hmph! I'm a death god not a ghost! And you should be grateful to have a cutie like me haunting you!" She said confidently.

"Yeah okay, Shinigami."

We are walking around the mystery labyrinth trying to solve the case of Amaterasu Express. I can't believe I almost got framed for killing 5 people! Those Peacekeepers don't care about the truth, they just want to sweep the case under the rug and get it over with.

"Ugh, I'm so tired of walking!" Shinigami whined.

"You're floating." I said annoyed.

"I know, but still!"

We have been walking for so long, I'm tired but I really have no other choice. I'm just doing what Shinigami tells me to since I have no idea otherwise.

She got close to me, close to my face specifically.

"Master, are you ready to give your life for the truth?" She calmly said in my ear. A pink blush slightly dusted my cheeks given how close she was.

"I-"

She started slow dancing with me, darkening the shade of pink on my cheeks. She towered over me given her 6ft build compared to my 4'11 build. She then leaned down towards my face and pressed a kiss to my lips. She pulled away realizing I wasn't kissing back due to how flustered I was.

"Come on, Master, kiss me!" She exclaimed.

"I-"

Then with no warning she pressed her lips against mine again. I slowly kissed back feeling like there was really nothing else I could do. I soon started enjoying the kiss. Soon she pulled away. It wasn't long, but it's something I will cherish for a while.

"Could we do that again sometime?" I asked shyly.

"Anything for my master!" Shinigami proudly said.
