"You?" They all said in unison

Principal Harrison laughed

"Surprise" he smiled

"To be fair he was suspect no 2," Anais stated

Scott quickly pressed a button on his phone and the entire room was surrounded by police officers and Detective Greene

"I'm sorry Axel" Anais yelled as the officers took  her brother out of the room

As they were about to take Principal Harrison away, Hermione quickly rushed in

"What is going on?" She questioned

"Principal Harrison is H" Ryan told her

"Where have you been Hermione," Anais asked.

"Grounded, I got into a fight with my parents, and all my electronics were seized, I'm so sorry"

"Don't worry about it,  I need to call my mom, bye guys" Anais stated and left the theatre

At the police station

Detective Greene walked into the interrogation room with a cup of coffee and a file in his hand

Axel was on the seat and already cowering to the cold stare Detective Greene was giving him

"You do realize you're going to jail right, you were helping a murderer" he started

"I didn't do anything I only showed up because H said so"

"On the contrary, Anaìs told us that you stabbed Scott Dale and last I checked, that is attempted murder not to mention he's an officer of the law"

Silence

"Look kid, you're in real deep here so I'll need you to cooperate,  Is Isabella Monroe still alive, and how?" He demanded

"I heard her voice when I was on a phone call with H"

"Why do you think it's her"

"I'll never forget her voice, not after what she did to me and H confirmed it was her, he said I could see her if I give him Molly's diary"

"And why is her diary important?"

"I don't know"

"You must know something, anything"

"I'm sorry I can't help you"

"You can, you don't want to, I know Isabella hurt you but think about your mom and sister, if you help us I might be able to reduce your sentence" he stated

"He mentioned something about evidence in the diary" 

"Thank you, Axel," Detective Greene said about to leave

"I didn't do it for you I did it for Anais," he said

"I know" he replied and left the room

He entered his office and opened the diary that was sitting on his desk

Some pages were torn out, so he read through the remaining pages and stumbled on something that was going to shed new light on this investigation

April 22nd, 2020

It's been a few weeks since Isabella died and I'm really scared,  I've been threatened by someone called H.  He knows that I've been sleeping with Isabella's father.
      I'm so screwed especially if Jordan finds out,  H said if I can give him a file on my dad's computer he'll leave me alone but I know it won't end there so I'm going to find out who it is.

I'm meeting with someone that has also been threatened by H, she said Isabella told her who H might be

I know who H is, well we know who H is. It's Principal Harrison and he's been meeting with a woman. I didn't see her face but she looked so familiar, she looked like Anais

It's pouring outside but I need to tell Jordan about H now

As Detective Greene closed the diary Anais and her mom came rushing in

"Where's my son detective"

"He's in the interrogation room, I'd like you to come with me, Miss Martins"

"Me? Why?" She asked

"I have a few questions to inquire," Detective Greene said

"What does my mom gave to do with any of this detective green"

"Anais, I think you should wait here"

"What's going on?" Anais asked

"It'll just take 5 minutes" he added as he took her away

5 minutes later

"Mom what was that about"

"Let's go Anais" she ordered

"But what about Axel I want to see him" Anais pleaded

"We'll come back for him"

"Okay"

The drive home was silent and Anais wondered what her mother was hiding from her, could she somehow be connected to everything that had been going on for the past three months

"I have been seeing Harrison for some time," her mother said breaking the silence

"What?" Anais yelled

"We've been seeing each other for some time that's why Detective Greene interrogated me," Victoria said

"Were you ever planning to tell me" she questioned

"I didn't think it was important"

"It was, it is"

"Why?"

"He's also sleeping with Isabella's mother," Anais said

"Oh"

The rest of the drive home was silent

At the police station

"You're H, Anais was right to suspect you all along," Detective Greene said

"Miss Martins was always the eccentric twin, very hard to control"

"Axel on the other hand understood the need to teach those brats a lesson"

"You call killing a lesson"

"Perhaps" Harrison smirked

"You're sick"

"Maybe"

"So you're telling me you killed Isabella Monroe the daughter of the woman you were secretly dating"

"In case you haven't noticed detective I'm a bit of a Casanova" he scoffed

"I have" he stated

"But I know you're working with someone" Greene added and just like clockwork the fire alarm in the building went off

"Don't go anywhere"

"How can I?" he said dangling his cuffed hands in the air

Detective Greene dashed out to the front of the station to check what was going on

"What's happening Sam," he asked one of the guards on duty

"It's Agent Scott sir, he triggered the alarm but no one knows why?"

"Was there a fire?" Greene asked

"No sir"

Greene ran back to the interrogation room where Harrison was but it was too late

He was gone
